  2. When a business location has a long list of services, you have page through until you find it service in managing location or employee. A search function would be helpful.

  4. There is no way to see or visit past receipts for accounting purposes. There should be a feature to go back into patient profiles to visit each individual transaction, or have a monthly transactional sheet.

  5. Need to have turn key tech solutions when clients book online using the booking widget if they use Safari, Edge, Mozilla or anything other than Chrome. We need smooth booking flow and it is inconvenient to ask clients to use Chrome or delete cookies and cache

  6. Appointment Details Emailed to Client & Portal | Add Practice TEXT as a contact option

    Currently, directions, email, and call are available as quick links on the Appointment Details provided to the client when booking and via the Portal. If we are using the integrated messaging system with Boulevard it would be nice to offer TEXT as a contact method.

  9. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  12. Right now as someone who just joined BLVD. I don't have the capability to send out a mass email to ALL my clients......There NEEDS to be a a tab to select all clients so they know my availability and I am able to fill spots

  16. If a refund did not go through, it should not be included in reporting. If it is, a current status could be helpful for determining if the funds were actually removed from the business account or not.
