  1. It would be nice if we can offer our members an additional perk from the loyalty program, since they are also loyal to us as members. The ability to differentiate points earned and/or redeemed for members vs. non-members would be great (i.e. members earn 2 points for ever $1 spent, non-members earn 1 point).

    ALSO, would love to reward our members for just being members! For example, after their first 3 membership payments, they automatically get their next month free.

When a client is booked directly from the waitlist, it would be helpful if Boulevard would add a pop-up or prompt to confirm the client can be removed from the waitlist and once selecting "yes" client is removed from the waitlist immediately. Rather than providers having to book and then manually remove them.

  4. Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

  6. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict, it would be nice to pause reminder texts/emails to the customer while still keeping it on the book so the front desk can reach out to customer

  7. It would be great to have a confirmation window appear (similar to when an appointment is rescheduled) after you make edits to an appointment. Ex: change service, time etc.

  11. The new client experience page is useful for seeing many items in one location, I just found that it only shows two digits for the timeframe for online booking. I freaked out when I thought my booking was only open for 18 days. I then realized it was 180, but not showing the third digit. This is true on multiple browsers and multiple screen sizes.

  13. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  18. The schedule view has some utility, but it is hard to know if someone was assigned a form that wasn't completed. A third column for "assigned forms" would allow us to see if they have forms that should be completed so we can make sure we get the information from them.

  19. when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

  20. Boulevard allows clients to book conflicting appointments online (two appointments with different providers at the same time). It would be nice of these appointments received some kind of tag or flag to indicate that they conflict with each other so this can be corrected before the day of the appointment.
