  1. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  3. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

  7. Have a database that may not be clients but wants to receive marketing. Aka emails/texts. And the ability to add clients by email only (no first/last name) to this database.

  8. Rx photo the employees are saying that there platform is more user friendly. We use boulevard for all new forms, signatures. But when it comes to keeping record and looking up past forms, pictures that are saying they would rather use Rx Photo. Thanks

  9. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit be put on their account that needs paying before they can book again.
    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  10. When we add products to a client ticket we cannot see the full name. And when we add product it moves to the top and we get lost. The entire product system is very confusing and overwhelming. As I am sitting in a staff meeting we are realizing we are all frustrated by this. Can we make this a more visible and smoother transaction.

  12. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  16. We have several different membership options and we cannot set an end date. So we've had to refund if we miss canceling it at the term end. Right now it just goes month to month continuously. NEED term limits and end date selections

  19. I find that when potential/existing clients see this they believe either that there are absolutely no appts available that day or believe that the requested staff is fully booked on a day they are not even scheduled.

    It would be better to let them know that there are other service providers available on that date to attempt to retain the potential booking and not be worded so absolute that there is no hope to get an appointment on the selected date.

    Additionally the flow implicitly causes the client to assume that the service provider was or is fully booked on…
