  1. We would like to have the capability to add an "Experience Rate", an automatic 4% charge to clients to offset the cost of providing the best in technology, amenities etc. at our salon. This will be a 4% flat fee added to all transactions (both service & retail). Some salon softwares allows the fee to be added as a “tax” some can add it as a “service charge” or similar.

  2. Its a little confusing that blocked time is still the color of our schedule. I know its a little darker but is there any way to have it completely change colors when blocked (like brown or black)?

  3. I would like to see it as at least a privilege option that we can activate-- This way it's easy for them to replace appt times in the case of a cancelation or offer alternative times/accommodate if they decide to do so.

  4. You should change the service menu to a checklist rather than having to go into every single service and activate for a new employee. its horribly time consuming and there are much better and faster ways to accomplish the same thing.

  6. As a salon. Owner it would be beneficial if could set a date for membership to be billed on instead of it automatically being the date the client signs up. The point of membership is predictable cash flow

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find. 

  8. A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

  10. The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there

  11. At our location we have 1 main computer that is used throughout the day by all employees. It would be helpful to be able see who is logged in so that there is no need to log out and lock back in just to make sure that you are actually logged in.

  14. We would love to be able to customize the loyalty program either through the program itself or with promotions. Like earn double points on service X or product Y. This would be a good way to help us promote slow sellers while ensuring that customers will be coming back to use their points.

    On a more permanent basis I would love to have higher points earned on my higher margin services to push people to book more of those.

The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.
