The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

  9. Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

  13. It would be really wonderful if we were able to add emoji's when communicating with our clients through the message center. Just like the way we have emojis when messaging with the help center, but with our clients. PLEASE, PRETTY PLEASE!!!!!

    We think we figured out a work-around but haven't tested it robustly yet.

  20. We sometimes will have clients that aren't sure what they've gotten in the past or aren't sure what the service they want is called. It would be great if they were able to leave us a little note when making a booking to make sure they booked the correct service.. Otherwise they may book a service that's much longer than the one they believe they're getting.
