Moving appointment after check out
You should have the ability to click and drag the appointment to move it after check out. Incase if is checked out at wrong appointment time.

Agreed that this should be a feature! Sometimes our clients come in early and it gets checkout out without getting moved first. It would be nice to have the ability to move the appointment afterwards.

if an appointment is paid ahead of time, it no longer allows up to move it on the schedule which is a problem if we need to move them because it does not allow someone else to book that spot.

In our old booking system, it was an option to move or to adjust the duration of a completed (checked out) appointment. This was great in the cases where someone paid but we wanted to ensure the books were open for clients to book without having to remember to edit the appointment before checkout. It is very clunky in the current system when you have to edit appointments, especially if you are trying to do so during/ before the checkout is completed. If the ability to drag the edges of the appointment to set duration (as someone else suggested), AS WELL AS the option to still move the appointment up or down as needed, this would be ideal. Sometimes it is necessary and allows clients to still see the books as open, when otherwise they would be leaving the stylist with a gap in bookings. Also this does not change any "important" information on the appointment history, just allows reception to better manage bookings for the day.

Yes! or if the appointment finishes early and there is still time for someone to book online!

When a client pre-pays for long appointments and then wants to reschedule, we cannot move/remove the appointment. For instance, if a client books a 3-hour service and pre-pays for it, we can create a new appointment, but the original is still on the schedule, taking up that time. Another client would not be able to self-book for those 3 hours. The ability to delete/reschedule those appointments would be incredibly helpful. Thank you

Appointments cannot be moved on the calendar after the transaction is closed. This means when walk-ins impact productivity, or when stylists have to switch clients, its messed up the calendar for the rest of the day - simply let us adjust time and length after the transaction is finished!
