  2. The new expiring forms feature is wonderful, however we would like our clients to be able to review their previously filled out intake forms and then update any changes they have rather than filling out a whole new form.

  3. We use our resources for our rooms/stations. We have two members for each room and to keep them from accidentally double booking the station it would be beneficial to have it blocked off when people do online booking. Would be really useful to have specific people assigned to specific resources.

  4. have the ability to schedule reoccuring appointments and reoccuring blocks. If a client wants in every 4 weeks on monday at 4pm with a certain service provider for 1 year or never ending it would be great to not have to manually enter every single appointment for them!
    Same with reoccuring time off/blocks to schedules!!!!

  5. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  6. The current system allows more pedicures to be booked than we have chairs available. Causing us to have to reschedule clients to another time and/or day. This happens with online booking as well as in house booking.

  7. When the business creates a discount,the business should be able to include/exclude specific participants (i.e senior stylists or therapists). This is helpful when newer staff needs more support in booking and we can drum up business with a pop-up discount.

  9. I like the way boulevard does it in theory but no one looks at their email receipt to even click one of the happy faces, let alone leave a full review. Considering how important reviews are for service businesses, there should be a separate email AND text making it as simple as possible to leave a review. Maybe having them check their smiley face during the checkout process with an option to skip that section and then sending a follow up to leave a Facebook/google/yelp review. Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest.   12. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client

  14. Accurate Inventory Reporting.
    I find it completly unprofessional of Boulevard to not offer report that shows inventory on past dates and ranges. This is a critical part of auditing a business and financial tracking. This needs to addressed.

  15. We have had clients book online and not input a new credit card because Boulevard had a card on file. The card on file is expired by more than 12 months. Please either delete the card on file after the expiration date, or require a new card when booking online if the card on file is expired.

  16. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

  17. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  20. When pulling up a new form for charting on a returning client, it would be nice to see the last treatment note from the previous appointment. Instead of having to go out of the chart and into the last treatment date forms. It could show up as an uneditable greyed out note under the treatment notes box.
