  1. At some point without regular prices raises, you can get boxed in by your clientele. I would like the ability at the onset to put in the accommodations, pricing and timing, of my current clients so I can immediately change my prices online for all new people.

    2 of us just shifted into ownership roles and our time is even more valuable now, but jumping $100 + per color service isn't feasible for our current guests. So being able to make room for higher paying ones, while slowly passing on the current clients to stylists that fit their price point…

  2. I would like to see a feature where banked products units can be used toward multiple items. EX If a customer bus 500 units of botox but ends up loving dysport, i want them to be able to use their units on dysport too. Or if a customer banks 3 syringes of kysse and only needed 2 they can use the 3rd syringe on a different filler!

  4. Instead of doing the payout for deposit before confirming the drawer count, the deposit feature should be included on the count drawer screen. I'd like to count all the money in the drawer including the incoming cash for the day and then have a button that says payout deposit where i can put the difference of what i took in the day and what i started with and THEN confirm drawer, so that the new drawer starts with the amount we keep in the drawer at all times. This will make it so we do not need to count the…

  7. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  8. For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

  9. Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

  10. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

  11. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  17. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  19. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  20. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.
