  1. Agreements may require information that the business completes upon consultation. Then, it needs to be sent or turned over to the client for them to date and sign.
    Forms/charts today are either fully completed by the client or fully completed by the employee, but not a combination of both.

  2. We recommend implementing an automatic feature in Boulevard that adds each guest’s monthly membership payment directly to their account as a credit. This change will streamline operations, reduce manual tracking errors, and ensure members always have immediate access to their benefits.

    By automating this process, we not only save valuable staff time but also enhance the guest experience with a more seamless and transparent system. This update will create consistency, reduce confusion, and improve overall membership management.

  3. Our providers are currently unable to see client pronouns in their mobile boulevard app. They also can't see scheduling alerts, or any client profile notes (they can only view appointment/internal notes). We need pronouns to be available at a glance, and for other notes to be viewable when entering the profile.

  4. I would like to be able to better control commissions. I would like to be able to apply commission to certain products, in this instance skincare products. When you select Product Commissions is applies to all products.

  5. We need to be able to change out services on the calendar without it taking away from the Calendar view. Today for example, we changed out what our client did completely and you can see what she did in history but if you look at today on the calendar, her appointment is gone. If you switch out services, you should still be able to see it on the calendar.

  7. The tags should only show up under a select service even if it's the same client. For example, if a couples is getting a couples massage and then getting facials after, the "couples" tag also shows up under the facial services when we only use the couples tag to let our massage therapist know there in couples room.

  8. I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

  9. Clients should have the ability to put a credit card on file at the same time they are completing electronic forms. It would be great if you could make this a part of that task.

  11. Need providers that have the 'modify own appointments' to be able to edit if multiple providers are on the same appointment. We do not want to enable 'modify all appointments' but still need providers to edit their services on an appointment when multiple providers are assigned.

  12. I want to watch the performance of a specific service category as well as how it is being paid for. For some reason you dont have this option anywhere. Expanded filters would be very good. So far I have found boulevard reports to be limiting and frustrating. MY old software from the 2010s had better reports. I'd love to see you improve this!!

  13. Each staff member should be able to have their own link to send clients that will only show their services/pricing/availability. Espeically for booth rent business models. That way if they have a new client or lead they aren't sending them a link that has all of their "competition" on the same link

  14. It would be so great to have th message window open while looking at the calendar so we don't have to close the messages, go look at the calendar, jot the dates down, and go back to messaging a client.

  15. When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.

  16. We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.

    Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?

  17. Give us the option to customize the split of the fee between the service provider & business when a client is charged a no show fee. Example: I want to charge clients 30% of the service letting the provider take home 20% of the service and the business keeps 10% of the service.

  19. When you go to text a new client in messages and you type their name and it is not in the system and you click "+ New Client" it automatically deletes the name you just had typed in. When you book a new appointment on the calendar view and type in their name for a new client- it automatically fills the name you just typed. It would be much more effective this way for messages as well.
