  1. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

  3. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  4. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  7. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

  8. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  12. Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

  13. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  14. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  18. We would like an invite to give feedback/review after the client completes payment via the Duo/iPad set-up. Once they confirm and pay, having an opportunity to give us 1-5 stars and, if they give us 4 or 5 stars, inviting them to review with Google Reviews would be great.

  19. Need the ability to edit what the cancellation policy states in the booking widget and not have the Boulevard default policy appear, since sometimes it is not correct.
