  3. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  6. This feature would allow us to set a client accommodation that requires a deposit or payment in full upon booking from particular clients. This would help with clients that have a history of no-shows or chronic rescheduling.

Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  8. Please add the Client (Patient) name to all sheets when a form or chart is printed with page numbers. This is normal practice for medical offices. It helps to insure HIPAA compliance. Thank you.

  9. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  11. When there is a cancelation, we want to try to fill it with a similar length appointment type to fill a gap in the schedule. It would be easier to filter the appointments by amount of hours rather than having to go through the full list manually.

  13. The colors are overwhelming. For example, the pink on Pink and green on green. I suggest a white background for everything with a colored trimmed. Take a look at Mindbody or Booker for some ideas.

  15. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  17. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  18. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  19. Time to Purchase Prompt!
    When it's time for a client to repurchase it will auto prompt at check out to suggest repurchase of that item they may be running low on. Meevo does this and clients love this feature.

  20. We have so many patients that book the same appointments over and over and they are booking multiple weeks/months out at a time. It would be SO much easier to be able to copy and paste the current appointment on multiple dates.
