  1. Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

  3. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

  5. When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.

    The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.

    This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate

  7. Would like the option to add a preferred, and secondary provider to each client profile, for the purpose of scheduling, or rescheduling. If this could show up as abbreviations such as PP (preferred provider) or SP (secondary provider) on the calendar, that would be extremely helpful.

  8. it would be extremely useful and time saving to be able to navigate through the service menu on the management side using arrows to switch between individual services when they are opened for editing. it is extremely redundant to have to close the service only to open the very next make to make an edit and then exit out of that one and then open the next one to make an edit, etc.

    It would also be super handy to have the prices shown on the service list without having to open each individual service. And then also to be…

  11. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  12. Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....

    We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.

    Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

  13. In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

  14. Account credits are reflected the same whether the client paid, or put a balance on their account. We allow certain clients to split payments for big ticket services over time (internal financing). The only way to ascertain that a client did not pay in full is to run a client outstanding receivables report. On the payments & refunds report, the transaction shows up as payment method=account credit even if the client ends up with a negative account balance.

  15. At the top of the Membership/Sales tab, it would be empowering to have an overview box with important information (the way you have a highlights box on the Client's Overview tab)... This highlights box should have the TOTAL # of recurring memberships, Gross $ of monthly membership $ coming in, and ARR annual recurring revenue projection, as well as # new members in past 30 days and # of lost/failed payment members in the past 30 days. Memberships are so important for medspas.

  17. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.
