  3. It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

  5. I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

  12. We NEED updates on the booking widget like yesterday. It is so difficult to have clients have to book each individual parts of a package with different service providers. For packages that have 4 different services, clients get so annoyed having to add of their services. Plus, it is so messy the way the booking widget looks. We NEED subcategories to be able to separate out member bookings and nonmember and then have services within each of those categories. Other booking softwares do this, why can't we?

  13. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.

Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

  17. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  18. Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

  19. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  20. Sometimes Grace answers the phone in cookeville and needs to book someone for lebanon but she cant see lebanon because she isnt a provider there
