  3. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  5. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  6. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.

  7. The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

  8. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  9. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  10. Allow an option for providers to see their own ratings without having to give them permission to other admin privileges. Also allow providers to see their own so they can reply to them, without them seeing rating that aren't theirs. It would be nice if the specific provider could receive notifications when they got these reviews as well!

  11. Ability to mass/automate opt-in marketing permissions for email and text. Mainly email is most important.

    Feedback " I paid extra to migrate my client lists and that should have been something I cleared before I signed up with boulevard. It seems to me most of the software companies are designed for new businesses, leaving us established businesses , always having to adjust and figure out how to keep up

    I already had my clients opted in when they booked years ago and the client should not have to keep opting in because I changed software"

  12. there should be a way to track if they owe money for an appointment they late cancelled or no showed and the card on file declined or wasnt present. like a negative account balance where in order to book there account must be brought up to date first.

  13. As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!

  16. We would like the ability to add all service options at the time the service is created.

    This way, we do not need to then search the service then make modifications and assign staff for example. This should be available on the same screen we name the service and select a category.

  20. In the case of quickly confirming client details such as address, date of birth, etc.. it would be helpful if the information was available to view in the boulevard employee phone app.
