  3. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  4. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

  8. Would like to have the option to enable New Booking Notifications for Staff Members that are not Service Providers or Business Admins.

  9. The ability to select add-ons with different providers than the one performing the base service.

    This is a crucial feature for departmentalized businesses and any others who want to cross-promote between departments or providers.

    This will also allow for more appointment offerings during online booking.

  11. We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.

    Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
    Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
    Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)
    Ability to share gift cards with other clients

  13. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  14. Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.

  16. It would be great if each person had to enter a PIN/Password before they could clock in so that it is strictly that persons timecard they are looking at. On a daily basis someone will accidentally clock someone else in/out while they are trying to clock themselves in/out. Also would be great for tracking attendance and tardiness because the way it is set up now ANY random person can clock someone else in/out and I have personally witnessed a stylist clock in another person who was not actually in the building.

  18. I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.
