  4. Staff does not get notified if an appointment is modified or moved from another provider. This causes issues for the staff unless they habitually check their schedules and creates more work for the front desk team because they now have to reach out to make sure the provider sees the update/change.

  5. I think we should have on the service providers' daily reports what their highest day/lowest day is to date. It may encourage them to increase.

You keep working on features that only apply to a handful of users and have a handful of votes on it instead of features that have been requested for MONTHS OR YEARS like invoices or better notifications with HUNDREDS of votes. Work on the stuff that the most people want not what a couple of high paying clients request of you

  7. If an appointment has multiple services, BLVD should automatically duplicate the resource. Only changed manually if needed.

  13. Our providers are using iPads during clinic, and need to clearly see patients' allergies. This field should be added to the professional app the way it is in the dashboard version.

  14. Many of my patients have alle. I have to log onto that system to check their points. It would be amazing if the points could be available to be spent at checkout.

  17. The automated referral program should allow you to add the referral credit not just at the first visit for patients. Sometimes patients come in and only have a consultation done or we may miss the giving the credit at the first visit. The option to add the referral credit in should remain in the checkout window even after the first visit is completed.

  18. I would like to make a request for an additional tab in client notes section such as misc, we need nsurance communication for only staff it we had a tab we can create this easily. We need medications and allergies but we also could use some misc tabs that we can create in addition

  20. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.
