Relationships between guests would be helpful in tracking visit history. If we have 3 John Doe's, which of these is married to Jane Doe?
Relationships would help to keep track of who is friends or family of who.

Add an option to require a call to business to cancel appointment
Please add the ability to require a call from the client to cancel their appointment instead of just cancelling electronically.

Service modifers customizable by location. It is logical that a service’s modifiers’ duration, price, availability could differ
Examples:
Perms, want to keep it so that client history across locations show the same service, but the modifiers may be different by location and pricing also is highly different for locations.
Currently they have to be the same for all locations

Inventory Adjustment Reasons
Would love the ability for the business to create custom adjustment reasons for our staff to choose from as why inventory is being adjusted. We have circumstances that sometimes involve a little more clarity for accounting team and would like to have it listed as an option to select in the drop down.

Allow clients to select time before professional in Online Booking
I noticed when clients go to book online they are first asked to pick a professional before picking the day in which they'd like to book. My biggest concern with this is that if a client needs a particular day but their usual tanner isn't scheduled and we do have an alternative tanner for that day, the client will be unaware they can still book that particular day.

One Time Blast Warning Notifications
It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.

Dashboard Booking Customization
Would like the ability to show services next to the service provider name when booking in the dashboard.
For example, if someone calls to request a SP, and want to book for a certain SP it would only show the services the SP provides in the preview window
