Our clients would love it if when they received their appointment reminders via email it could somehow list all active and future booked appts at the bottom of the email.

We get multiple guests who want us to email them their future reservations. being able to do this through the system would be great. It would save us the time from having to individually type out all of their reservations.

It would be much more convenient if there was a way to email a client a list of all of their future appointments rather than having to do it manually.

Many clients book several appointments out and request a full list to be printed or emailed to them. At the moment we either send them individual emails for each appointment or we manually type a list to email or print, or we print their entire client profile and cut out the list of appointments.

Can there be an easier way of sending/printing a complete list?

I know there's the option to email confirmations for each separate appointment, but it would be great to be able to email a list of all upcoming appointments for our weekly guests.

A lot of our clients request a full list of their future appointments with us. Instead of individually sending appointment confirmations to them one by one, it would be incredible if we could have the ability to send them the full list of their pre-booked appointments by request.

Clients have said that when receiving their confirmation emails that they only see the first booked appointment, and if they have multiple appointments booked for multiple services, this can sometimes scare them, prompting them to call the salon to confirm rather than confirming through the mobile operating system.
