An error occurred while saving the comment Makayla Dobney commentedWe get multiple guests who want us to email them their future reservations. being able to do this through the system would be great. It would save us the time from having to individually type out all of their reservations.

I think the ratings are great, but the one flaw is that if someone leaves a negative rating we don't receive a notification that a guest left a negative review.
If guests are expecting us to see these reviews and receive a response from us there needs to be a way for us to be notified :)
