  4. Within the staff app being able to only show first name, last initial. This will help prevent a stylist from trying to reach out to all of their clients and take them from the salon they are currently at.

  5. We would love to have the fields under the "Type" column filterable, for example we can filter only "service_discount" lines. This would also allow us to load more data at one time in this report, which crashes when too much data is loaded.

  7. We would like to have the option on the app for stylists to be able to write notes, comments, etc in the client's history but WITHOUT having access to changing the schedule, booking appointments, etc.

  10. The ability to change the time of the service based on if the client is new or not to a custom amount of time. For instance we take 15 minute appointments for repeat clients but would love an extra five minutes for new clients, without creating a "new client" special service to book.

  11. wants to have "member" and "past member" added to the filters on the client tab - for memberships that haven't been used in a while they would show as "past member" and members who are currently "active" would be noted in their account. This would help eliminate chargebacks for customers who are being billed that have not come back in a while and also an easy way to report on members who are not active or are past to get them back into the business.

  13. Mother and daughter both have appointments. Mom has credit card on file that she wants to use to pay for both herself and her daughter's tickets. This should be as simple as one-two clicks and done. If this existed then daughters history could be retained instead of moving everything to her mothers ticket with a million steps to do it. Win all around!

  17. We service a lot of families, with multiple family members getting services on the same day. It'd help our records be clearer if we could add multiple appointments/people to one ticket at check out instead of checking them out under one name. Either the reporting with how many appointments/services we do is off, or the client history is off and doesn't show who got a haircut with which service provider.

  19. It would be great if there was an additional clock out button, "End Day", which performed a clock out along with a blocking of the rest of the bookable schedule for the service provider. This would prevent online bookings that obviously would not be possible along with making sure staff didn't erroneously book appointments where they aren't possible just because they didn't know a staff member has left for the day.

  20. Our salon is Cash/Venmo/Quickpay gratuity preferred. Enabling Gratuity on iPad checkout would allow our clients to take the easy route put Gratuity on CC and it is not really convenient for most stylists. However, for new clients, tourists or clients that forgot sometimes gratuity on CC is our only option. In our previous system we had the option to "Print with Gratuity" or "Print without Gratuity" receipt. We think it's a good option that would allow most salons flexibility with their stylists/clients.
