Copy or duplicate products
It is very time consuming to add a new product line to Boulevard. If we could duplicate an existing product that is set up with all pertinent details, we could simply edit the name/UPC/price and be on our way. Currently, we have to select the Suppler, Category, and re-enter Brand for every single product and it takes much longer than it needs to.

Custom Tax Types
Need the ability to add a custom (re-nameable) tax type. We would use this to capture health cares fees that clients pay based on a % of total price. Needs to be named separately and not lumped under a general Service or Product Tax.

Waitlist Notifications
When a client specifies an appointment time, service, and service provider and are added to the waitlist, it would be helpful to have a notification of this availability to be able to immediately schedule via the waitlist.

Booking client vs. actual client and groups
Clients are not able to book multiple appointments for other members of their party. When one client books for more than one person, we could send only one message with the whole booking that includes all the appointments instead of sending individual messages per client.

Requesting for the booking widget to still ask for a credit card on services/consultations at the time of booking.

Notes visible within a blocked time
Looking to add notes inside the blocked section of the calendar and to be able to see those notes right on the main screen of the calendar instead of clicking into it.

Booking Widget Automated Messaging
The ability to have a customized message appear before the client can continue with booking. Ex: Location Policies. Client would checkmark noting they understand the policy before being able to continue.

Verbiage around final checkout in person
Even if a client has vouchers to redeem or has a gift card balance/account balance, our booking widget looks like the client's credit card is being charged because there is a "total amount" and the total is also shown on the "Review Your Booking" page after cc details are entered.
It appears that the credit card entered was charged with the total amount versus some verbiage stating that their card will only be charged after services are rendered. Clients are contacting us confused as to whether or not their card has been charged.

Ability to add a form to an appointment
If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

Cancellation Reports
Able to filter cancelled appointments or cancelled new clients so we can email those clients to try to get them in again!
