  4. For multiple reasons it would be great to be able to set names to only be first name, or their nickname (EXTERNAL). This is mostly for stylist safety, but having the option of making an external nickname would be great considering leaving the last name on internally is great for reports.

  7. Rather than scanning day by day to see the stylists' availability, the client should be able to jump ahead whether it be a week, two weeks, three weeks, etc.

  10. Boutique items sometimes do not include a barcode. We'd like the ability to print bar code labels for products that we sell.

    Ideally, we could specify a "print barcode" setting on the product details drawer, and when one of those products are received in a PO, we'd be prompted to print the applicable barcodes

  11. When client opens confirmation email and clicks on "manage appointment" tab, it redirects them to another page that tell client to call salon. They should be able to manage their booking easier online. NO CALLS

  12. One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.

  16. We thought that there was going to online reputation support when we switched over. One of the big things for us with Phorest was have the ability to with one click I could post in salon reviews to google. The new review service is nice on the receipt but we have not gotten any feed back yet. Maybe having it in another email titled different asking for reviews would be more affective. Our old ask for reviews was also in text message as well and we got tons of feed back.

  20. Just as a privacy issue, it would be good to filter the commission reports by the staff member first before showing all reports. This would prevent onlookers from seeing other stylist's numbers.
