Don't reset the page every time a change is made
When changing things in Boulevard, after making a change the page resets and you have to scroll back to your last spor. Example: Assigning services, you assign the service then the page resets and you have to scroll down again. OR we were adjusting Staff Roles and had to page over after every adjustment and it's very time consuming.

Ability to edit gift card value
Our gift cards are loaded with the value of $89 for a 60-min float service. When they are redeemed for a service that is discounted, we need a way to zero out the balance.

Add-on pricing details during online booking, in orders, and on receipts
When people are booking this is one thing that comes up frequently, they select the add-ons but the price when they create the appointment is only the base service price and doesn't include the add ons or show the breakdown of pricing. Also, when looking at Orders or the receipt, it just tells you the total of the service with the add-ons. Would like a more detailed breakdown on the receipt

Clients need to select preferred cards (they often have multiple) and then verify valid EACH TIME they book
Guests need to enter security code + expiration date at time of booking on the website to ensure the card on file is valid? We NEED this in order to not be chasing payments.

Click options on the prices instead of having to click on the 3 dots to change the price.
It would be so much easier and less hassle to be able to click on the price at checkout to change it rather than clicking on the 3 dots to have to "adjust price"

Have memberships and series purchases separate from the booking appointments tab.
To make it easier for clients we should have a separate webpage or widget for clients to purchase series and memberships online. We have many clients who call us confused on how to purchase one of these plans and have to be guided into the individual appointments tab in the booking appointments widget.

Hiding client phone number in Contact Center
Staff privilege groups are set to hide client contact details, but staff is currently using Contact Center to alert clients that they are ready for their appointment. They will need to use the Contact Center, but the phone number needs to be removed

Canceling reoccurring/standing appointments
When canceling or moving a reoccurring/standing appointment, to have the option to cancel all of them or even move all of them or just this one.
Right now, if a client has a standing appointment every Friday at 2:00 and you want to change it to a different day or time, you have to physically go into every single appointment and move them individually.

UNABLE TO ADD TONER FORMULAS AFTER FORMULA IS INITIALLY ADDED. AFTER PUTTING IN FORMULA IN NOTES, YOU HAVE TO DELETE AND ADD YOUR FORMULA IN AGAIN TO INCLUDE YOUR TONER FORMULA.

Automatic Blocked Time between appointments instead of transition time. (Solves covid cleaning)
Another person requested and I agree with the idea to make a transition time at the end of an entire appointment, but perhaps a more efficient and flexible way to manage this would be having a toggle that by default adds blocked out time after an appointment with the Title "Covid cleaning" or whatever you want it to be in the options.
It would be taken into account when making booking availability searches and also, once you book the appointment, you can manually delete or edit the blocked out time where applicable. This would keep appointments from being booked too…

Offers that apply to combinations of service categories (Category1+Category2 = offer applicable)
We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.
Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…

Add an icon in the internal service menu indicating a service is bookable online
when drilling into a service you can turn it on/off for being bookable online but an icon would be helpful when browsing the list to see what is on/off the online menu.

Option to have 15-30 minutes automatically added to new client bookings.
If this is an added feature stylist would have the option of having Blvd add 15 to 30 minutes to the booking automatically. Currently I have to watch every appointment book and if I don't recognize the name I go and adjust the time, if time is available. The desk can't remember every single specific time that stylist would want added for each new client. I have spoken to other hairdressers at other salons that use Boulevard and they all think the idea is really good.

Default to service that the client is reading about on the website
On the website, each service page has a book now button right on the hero image. When someone clicks book now, the widget opens up, they pick their location, then their appointment type, then they get the entire list of services.
If someone is on the massage page for example, and clicks book now, can Boulevard jump to only list the massage services? We believe it will improve the user's experience.
