Allow Stylist to use the pre-book function for a client while they are in the Active Status
Right now the pre-book function is only available during checkout.
The request is based on enhancing the customer experience. Our goal is to re-book everyone. With many services there are processing times that allow the stylist to go ahead and rebook the client, rather than at check-out, when you are trying to process payment and the client is trying to get out.

a Happy Mothers Day and Happy Fathers Day gift certificate design when clients purchase gift cards online
with mothers day and fathers day right around the corner we would love for our clients to have the option when purchasing a egift card online to be able to select those types of designs at checkout instead of a "Just because"

Keep calendar on the day being viewed within waitlist instead of returning to "today"
When toggling back and forth between waitlist/calendar in order to fill up the schedule, the calendar returns to today which slows down the process significantly.

Make it possible for cancelled appointments to be re-instated
Whenever appointments are grouped and one is deleted its very frustrating for me as well as the client to have to ask them for all of the booking information again.

Selected Multiple files to apply the same tag.
Employees should be able to select multiple files and apply the same tag to all of them. Similar to the ctrl+shift+select feature on all computers. When checking multiple charts in one day this feature would save time and reduce wrist fatigue.

Mark staff as sick
In the time clock it would be nice to have the ability to mark staff as sick for a particular day as a way to track it for sick leave hours

New Client - API ENDPOINT
We are running many different marketing campaigns generating 10-20 leads per day. As it sits there is no API endpoint available to create new client records within BLVD. I think it would make sense to have a GET request to see if a record is in the database - then I would like the ability to POST new client records programmatically via the API. As it sits I will have to use two systems a marketing CRM (hubspot etc..) and BLVD to run the business when in actuality it should be one holistic system... Sales & Production all in one.

Confirmations for clients at the time of refunds
Will allow clients of partners to receive an (optional?) alert that their order was refunded to allow for peace of mind

Help Chat shouldn't auto popup over everything.
Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.
How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

Adding stock of product
Please give the option to add 'received stock' while adding new products into the system all on one screen - and also 'brand' selection should be a drop down menu rather than having to type out the brand each time
