  3. Stylists and owners are interested to know when a client is new to their salons or barbershop so they can drill down to learn more about them and their service (Booker displays a "New" badge beside every applicable appointment in their calendar view) and that feature also allows reception to greet/serve them appropriately as new clients as well as again providing a visual cue to the stylist when they also greet the new client.

  5. When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

  8. When someone self books or joins a waitlist there is a number added to the bell in the upper right. We check every notification, but sometimes there are quite a few. When there are more than 4 or 5 it becomes a pain to check them as you have to scroll to each one. This becomes a real pain if there are double digit notifications. Is there a way to either check them off as you click on them or maybe keep the drop down on the screen so you don't lose your place as you're looking at them?

  9. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

  17. We reward our customers with Loyalty points to be used on future services. When a customer redeems the loyalty points on a service the Loyalty points are used as a discount instead of a payment type. This reduces or completely removes the commission that a service provider would have received. This also skews the discount report so it shows larger discounts given than what we have actually given. Loyalty points should be same as cash.

  19. When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.

    Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.
