  4. Employees should be able to select multiple files and apply the same tag to all of them. Similar to the ctrl+shift+select feature on all computers. When checking multiple charts in one day this feature would save time and reduce wrist fatigue.

  7. We are running many different marketing campaigns generating 10-20 leads per day. As it sits there is no API endpoint available to create new client records within BLVD. I think it would make sense to have a GET request to see if a record is in the database - then I would like the ability to POST new client records programmatically via the API. As it sits I will have to use two systems a marketing CRM (hubspot etc..) and BLVD to run the business when in actuality it should be one holistic system... Sales & Production all in one.

  10. Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.

    How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

  12. Please give the option to add 'received stock' while adding new products into the system all on one screen - and also 'brand' selection should be a drop down menu rather than having to type out the brand each time

  13. Useful for cleaning up someone's schedule. Especially with new multi week cycle schedules, it might make sense to erase and start anew for cleanliness which is next to godliness :P

  15. ...when clients are moved from service provider to service provider. Also clients should be informed that this is not "paying for the service" and just committing to pay for the service. Too many clients just storm out or are VERY confused why we are stopping them to checkout and they always assume they already paid.

    It would be nice if when service provider is shifted to another, that the original gratuity for whom is preserved and a prompt there, "shifted service from service provider A to B, would you like to move the gratuity accordingly".

  16. would be nice for boulevard to have an alerting system to our team that when a client adds themselves to the wait list and are waiting outside for a service the ring tone goes off until a staff member acknoledges it.

  20. As our clients always prefer to buy packages, mostly, we need to manually apply it to an appointment that has been done. It would be nice to have a transaction history or timestamp who did the actions and also maybe an option to effortlessly apply it to an appointment and not having to manually remove it from the balance. Thanks
