Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  4. When a client comes in to get a services redone/corrected by another stylist it would be nice to have the option to transfer a partial amount of the commission to the person who corrected it. I don't want to take someone's full commission for a simple fix like a toner.

  6. Clients have been requesting the following feature where you can select a service provider and their availability at each location FIRST vs. selecting a location and date first then finding the service provider's availability.

    Would like the option for interchangeability. We have clients who have favorite artists and want to book accordingly and we have clients who want first available, so we want for both options and formats for booking.

  9. Ability to void an order where a voucher is redeemed and therefore no payment is applied. Use case would be in the instance of a mistaken closed transaction or accidentally applied voucher where another payment method is preferred.

  17. When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward
