  1. We would like the ability to be able to customize our reminders based on each stylist's preferences. Some stylists are okay with the options Boulevard currently offers, but others would like to be able to send out notifications a week or more in advance. Having the ability to customize based on the individual stylist's preferences would be awesome!

  3. When adding products to a ticket, the staff name takes over the product name and it is hard to know what product is what to be able to remove or add more of a product. It would be nice to allow changing the width or widening the whole window to accommodate the wider columns.

    Screenshot attached to show the problem. Are these two of the same product, or two different products that both start with "Hop"?

  4. Clients are constantly replying to us for rescheduling or moving appts and when they reply yes it is automatically replied to and closed. It causes more issues and client confusion

  5. When enabling a resource group for services, the resources underneath should be also enabled by default. Currently, toggling a resource group only expands the resource group but does not enable the resources in that group. Instead of relying on the toggle to expand the resource group, there should be another UI action that expands the group instead of the toggle.

    Having to enable individual resources per service becomes mind-numbingly unsustainable to get new customers up and running.

  8. We offer Foot Massages DURING all other lash and beauty services. They are completed by a different technician. So we have one on the face and one on the feet. Many ecomm platform offer a "Suggested Product" at check out. It would save a lot of time if Massages would come up as a complimentary service to book as they are choose their lash or beauty service. It encourages a higher ticket. This isnt an add on either because we have 2 techs working and we need the Service to be added not just a random top up add on…

  9. We need a manager view available in the mobile app so that we may quickly adjust schedules in the app, which is something we could do in booker mobile. For example, if a barber calls in sick and we are not near a computer, we need to update the schedule. We would like to make back-office functions more accessible on mobile. It is not easy to navigate the desktop UI on a mobile device.

  10. Currently, clients aren't required to leave a credit card if they're not booking fully and just joining the waitlist. It's counterproductive that it's the 'exception' to the rule!

    It's easier to book from the waitlist knowing their card is already on file instead of trying to hunt a client for their cc info last minute (since it's our policy...many times it took 3 days to get in touch with a client to add their cc info before booking an appointment) or maybe even collecting a small deposit or percentage of the service to join the waitlist.   12. Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

  18. It would be helpful to have tasks that can be assigned to a certain person or a certain date through boulevard. An example would be a client's membership is set to unfreeze on 5/31, so you set a reminder for 5/30 for the front desk to call the client and remind them that their freeze will be lifting

  19. Including contact and emergency contact information. At current we can store this data about clients, but this potentially lifesaving information cannot be stored in platform on our own staff.

  20. Since we are located in a resort, in a remote area, it is essential for us to have a room number on waitlist window information. Especially, that some mobile connections don't work at all. It will be best if each business can have some fields to set up, on the waitlist window. Another example: Many booking we have, one person books for a group. It will be good for us to add more guests while submitting a request on waitlist.
