  1. Even if a client has vouchers to redeem or has a gift card balance/account balance, our booking widget looks like the client's credit card is being charged because there is a "total amount" and the total is also shown on the "Review Your Booking" page after cc details are entered.

    It appears that the credit card entered was charged with the total amount versus some verbiage stating that their card will only be charged after services are rendered. Clients are contacting us confused as to whether or not their card has been charged.

  2. If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

  4. Allow cut times to be altered from the client's profile rather than solely from an active appointment. That way if they don't have an active appointment, we can still make accommodations for future appointments.

  5. Is there any chance of having another Menu level? Right now we only have one so I have to put all Lash Styles at Level 1 when really I'd prefer to have Lash Extensions/Lash Style. I have 10 styles of Lash Extension and in each there are 8 service offerings so it would be nice to have a Master Category then Style then Services

  7. Many intake forms are very similar with a lot of the same information and small variants between. It would be super helpful and time saving to be able to duplicate a form entirely, or at least be able to copy/paste the components between two forms.

  15. It would be nice if there was a way to scan a paper form into Boulevard, so if a guest doesn't fill out their electronic form, we can still save it on Boulevard for viewing!

  17. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  20. Helpful for marketing campaigns to win back clients. Currently clients filtered by last appointment (i.e. last appointment 6 months ago) will also include clients who already have appointments on the books coming up. The ability to filter these out would allow partners to create buyback campaigns for those clients which are not scheduled at all.
