  1. There is not a simple way to track the number of botox units a client gets per unit price under services at checkout. (under products you can input quantity but not under service).

    Also, would like to have a feature where clients can pre-pay for units in advance ( package / voucher) at discounted price, and have an easy checkout to apply said pre-paid units.

    Example: Currently only have it set up to redeem 1 voucher per service; but if a client has 28 pre-paid units of botox, under the checkout tab there is no feature to enable all said…

  2. From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.

    Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.

You would think these two responses would be obvious to include all of these "y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm"-some of which I don't think would ever even be used.... "yea" and "yeah" are actual words.

  14. Adjust Price vs Add A discount. It's confusing as hell. Technically adjusting the price IS adding a discount. When we setup memberships, I'm scared my employees will mess up and adjust the price to $0 instead of applying a one time discount to $0 and then clients will get free services forever.

    Change the name to something like:

    Apply Discount ---> Apply Discount Today Only
    Adjust Price ---> . Adjust the Recurring Price

  15. When Inputting a Purchase order it would be ideal for the items to go in the order they are input. Currently the items get placed either by random or aphabetically. This makes it hard to then receive an order when the item list is not in the same order and the PO received from the distributor.

This account is asking for the ability to pick the amount of points being redeemed at the time of checkout as opposed to it redeeming all points available Example, from client: "Our struggle is we have some clients that are frequently in the salon but don't have any loyalty to a specific provider. They could end up with a free service due to a lot of accumulated points and the "lucky" provider they had that day takes the hit."

    Offered a work around for the time being.
