Allowing Double booking for client self-booking for certain stylists with selected services
Some stylists can perform some services at the same time. But by using processing time, it can't be double booked on exact same time.
It would be really great to have this function available.5 votes -

Tip adjustment for clients
Allow clients to add or adjust a tip amount after the service is completed. Most clients do not choose an option for tip when booking because they think they can adjust once they have been checked out. 80% of my clients do not realize once they click "cash tip" during booking there is no option to change it.

Ability to edit closed orders
Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

Ability to change/rearrange the items of Appointment Preference on the booking widget
It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different. However, if we were able to change the labeling of these items and/or add categories to the Appointment Preferences list,…

Keyboard flow for booking appointments
When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.
It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…

"Fuzzier" search for services when booking an appointment
If I am searching for a client I can type jody smyth and get results for "Jodi Smith". Or I can search jo sm and get the same results. This is super hepful.
When I am searching to book an appointment I have to type the exact match for a service. It would be great to have something a little more forgiving

Mandatory pop up note after each client appointment for service provider
Mandatory for service providers to write in what they did for the client of their appointment so we have recorded progress or in a big salon with multiple service providers, it would decrease miscommunication and expectations when subsituting for someone with their client while it will start training people to be better communicators and attentiveness of clients

Modify length of completed service to allow online booking.
Today I had a haircut booked for 1hr15min and it only took 45min to finish the whole service but after the booking was paid for and done I couldn't shorten the time of the completed booking. I want to allow for online bookers looking for last minute availability to be able to take the time thats shaded out by the closed booking. I can manually click and drag to create a booking in that space but if it was someone wanted to book without calling they couldn't.
