  1. From the staff schedule, allow hours to manually be typed, rather than only selecting available hours via dropdown picker. This would make this less tedious / time consuming.

  2. When filtering beta reports, you can only select from the first 50 clients, products, services, etc... This drastically limits options for customized reports when you have several thousand clients and more than 1000 products in the system.

  4. Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.

  5. Currently, once you redeem a voucher, it disappears from payment methods and under history it just shows $0.00 for the service. Having a membership based business, it is a headache to identify how many vouchers was used from which month looking at the history. Maybe have a Redeemed Voucher section?

  8. It is very handy to be able to click on a service provider to adjust their schedule in the calendar view. It would be very useful to have that same functionality for resources.

  18. We are going to be using Square payroll to pay our receptionists and assistants. We already have them clock in on Boulevard. Would be great to easily set up payroll all in one system

  19. we don't use these methods and they cause a lot of confusion for staff and clientele. This should be optional since your client base isn't only salons that work this way. For our needs Booked Arrived Paid/checked out would be fine. Or just the option to keep your names/status but to have the choice to eliminate/deactivate the use of some of them. We are a sauna people book online, arrive, checkout. Thanks!
