Redeemable birthday points out of loyalty program
In our salon it would be a great deal of help to be able to choose specifically to redeem birthday points for loyalty program members since it only allows you to redeem all points or no points rather than a specified amount from clients points.

Allow monthly memberships to have automatic % service deduction for services .
We have 3 tiers of memberships. Each tier has different % off. some memberships have two % off for example 20% on facial , 30% body sculpting. these discounts should be auto-applied to members at checkout and when booking.

Extract Product names with Vouchers info through the Client API
Right now, using the Client API we can query cart -> availablePaymentMethods which will also return all the vouchers and their service names. However we canno extract the Product names associated.

Be able to navigate through closed sales without having to exit out of each sale to go to the next.
Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.

Remaining vouchers or product units in new appointment window
It would be beneficial to be able to see how many vouchers or product units a client has available to be redeemed when making a new appointment instead of having to fully open their profile to view.

Ability to quick add product(s) at checkout in the event the product(s) was not added to inventory ahead of time.

add separate notification times for multiple appointments.
Upon arrival of a client that holds a multiple appointment, cell notification should state:
all appointment times for that appointment
(example: the stylist 1 appointment time and the stylist 2 appointment time.)

Gladly is a CX tool that would work as a CRM for clients. Being able to manage client lists and leave notes increases retention and client conversions into memberships

Gift Card purchaser & recipient's names
Gift cards should include the option to attach the purchaser's name and recipient's name to the card. Some clients will buy multiple gift cards and the system doesn't allow for the client to include each person's name they're giving it to. We offer the option for reissuing lost gift cards, but it can be hard to track in system because when it's not in their name or the purchaser bought multiple cards for the same amount or on the same date. There should also be the option to include an expiration date.
