  4. Providing a QR or barcode for online gift cards would make them much easier to redeem from a phone with our current barcode scanners. It also looks more professional and up to date than typing in a number from the email.

  5. When a client no-shows and gets charged, the appointment should gray out on the book, not fall off completely. Also, there needs to be something that says no show.

  6. Clients are not able to book multiple appointments for other members of their party. When one client books for more than one person, we could send only one message with the whole booking that includes all the appointments instead of sending individual messages per client.

  7. To be able to reopen a closed order in the case of an error. There is no way to fix an error except to issue a refund then to create a new appointment for the client. This throws off commission reports and clients history and purchase orders.

  13. Ability to add/adjust gender on a client profile for marketing purposes (ability to filter under the Clients tab)

    Glosslab runs campaigns specific to the client's gender and would be useful to have to target the correct clients.
