Don't show service providers in online booking if they are not scheduled and don't have open booksWe have multiple locations and sometimes providers will travel between shops. There needs to be a better way to disable them from showing up on online booking OTHER THAN entirely removing the second location from their account profile. This makes us have to re-set up all their services and payment settings if we do it this way, which is very inconvenient. It would be AMAZING if, when going online to book, clients did NOT see any service providers under our location if their books aren't open. Include "Book Now" Option via Duo App to Open Booking Widget for Self CheckinThe ability for clients who walk-in to have the option to book their next appointment via the Booking Widget in the Duo App on iPad. Context: Client walks into business, there is no availability and the client cannot wait for a walk-in appointment. The client would like to book for a future date so instead of "Check-In" or "Walk-In", there is a third option to "Book Appointment" which opens the business's Booking Widget. Easier PPU adjustment in dashboardGift cards, vouchers, and account credit can be easily adjusted as needed in the client's profile. When adjustments need to be made with prepaid units, there are several steps required via a new order, so being able to easily make any changes in the profile will be extremely helpful. 6 votes

More ability to segment clients.Since we have been limited to only eblast only those who have been in the last 24 months, give us more ability to segment the client list. For example those who had a particular procedure or came in a certain time. 4 votes

Give us the ability to set parameters on forms.Right now everyone one gets forms attached to every appointment. Clients are annoyed they feel like the have to fill them out every time they come in. The system should know if we are adding a brand new client and booking an appointment then the new client should get forms. The settings need to be for NEW clients, not every appointment. 3 votes

Please allow services to be sold as package/vouchers with more than 1 session. Not every package requires more than 1 visit, and vice versa.There should be an option to let any service be sold as a package > 1-10 sessions. Note very package we have requires more than 1 session, and some packages require more than 1 session. Adding this option to the service menu - instead of products only - would fix this problem. 5 votes

Ability to lock an appt so that changing it requires manager or above.Although this isn't ideal, it happens from time to time that an appt is adjusted back and forth between two differences of opinion. The most common battle is two modes; more revenue/clients vs more time with the client/less revenue. It would be nice if there was a way of excluding future revisions to the appt without manager or admin access. 3 votes

Recurring Blocked timesRecurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following. 67 votes
