  2. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.

  3. Currently, when I set my daily screen view- Say I put Ali and Lilly together on one screen, It moves them around on the other days, where I do not want them together. Can you make it so I can structure one day, without affecting every single other day?

  8. Product should have default POS amount. Dont always start at 1 always but default 5 , 25 or 100. Important when selling multiple of single item or unit.

  9. It would assist greatly with training front desk if we could see a consolidated report of appointments that were booked by one person. Since Boulevard already keeps record of who booked each appointment, I imagine it already has the data needed to put it into a list/report format.

    This way, we can narrow down bookings and quickly check that all appointments booked by that one person were booked correctly rather than clicking around the schedule to see what was booked by them in the first place.

  10. "We'll automatically message clients who haven’t visited in the last 30 days and don't have an upcoming appointment 7 days before the available spot." Ability to change the date range from 30 days to any desired date.

  11. It would be nice to be able to see the change a guest should receive back after checkout is complete, not just before. It would also be nice to see gift card balances afterwards as well. Sometimes providers get a little click happy and it would save time to have that information on the screen still instead of having to look up the gift card balance or pulling out the calculator.

  13. The current way to share booking links is by grabbing the URL and using Bitly to shorten, however, some SMS carriers don't like bitly links and don't send them. Would be nice to have access to shortlinks in the dashboard so we don't have to use bitly.

  16. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  18. Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

  20. This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…
