  1. Hello,

    There should be an option to edit the Calendar view to allow for customizing the visibility of the lines that indicate time increments. Having shading, or line bolding on every hour allows better viewing of the calendar book and creates a more accessible experience for the user. Additionally, it helps glancing at the appointment book and knowing where to schedule appointments because you can quickly see the line of each hour.

  5. We have some clients that like to book out for 6+ months at a time. It would be great to have an option to print out the whole list of future appointments as opposed to only one at a time so the client can add them to their calendars.

  8. Vagaro shows the staff member's rating number (5 stars, etc) on their online booking, and we would love that feature too! Currently the ratings in Boulevard are really only seen by the front desk team - they need to be seen by clients to really be helpful!

  10. BLVD should never advertise me as fully booked when I am not. Many people go online to see what is available before calling. The lead time appointments , those that are in the set up time should be greyed out and show as call to book. You will make thousands more dollars this way. We have been doing this for 10 years...we know.

  13. There are some requests that are flexible and others that won't book with any other stylist. This is typically in the notes for appointments, but it would be helpful to have a distinction between no staff preference, staff requested and a locked appointment to a specific staff member.

  16. It would be great to have a way to see what a guest is on the waitlist for when looking at their profile (and in the messages sidebar). Sometimes we can see that they are on the list more than once, or they want a service we didn't realize. Or they had the service they are waiting for and we can remove them from the list.
