  3. I just noticed that you can not use a giftcard to book an appointment when appointments are pre-paid through deposits at time of booking. Is that something you can add? People are buying giftcards for people to book appointments and they cannot book appointments without paying with their own credit card. This is a big oversight it seems.

  4. Can we please add "Arrival Time" in addition to "Appointment Time".

    Basically girls are showing up on time, then they use the bathroom and fill out the consent and are halfway through their appointment. It's a big issue. We will add it to the Client Instructions but since that section is so large already with text, they may not read it. it would be nice to have it in the body of the email

  5. It is inane that in the set-up of add-ons there is a field to indicate the duration of said add-on service but yet we are not allowed to make anything longer than 5min

  14. I get clients all the time that want to tip our front desk receptionists. Most clients bring cash and can tip this way, but I would like the client to be able to tip the receptionist via card when they are checking out if they don't have cash.

  17. When a client is prompted to add a card on file, they are thinking they've already paid online due to the email confirmation they get. We need to clarify that when putting card on file, they are NOT paying for the service yet. We have had countless clients walk out without paying for their service because of this. Thank you.
