Suggest take home at checkout
I would like the ability to assign certain take home products to certain services. Similar to how the system shows rebooking options at checkout, I would like it to suggest to the staff take home products that are set. An example would be I set for the blonding service to suggest a purple shampoo. The client may not see this, but it pops up for the staff to see and then suggest. It would help them remember to discuss take home.

Filter new client's and seeing if they prebooked or not
New clients -> did they book another appointment -> which clients did v which clients didn’t.
Run another report -> which clients had a consultation -> which clients booked an appointment after that specific consultation

Could you make the "have a promotion code?" button bigger?
When checking out, it is really easy to miss where you need to add promo codes, so making the button bigger or more noticeable would create a better user experience.

Please add a little pencil after the promo code line...the way it is it is not recognized by anyone over 20 as a field that is editable. People do not read. It has to be a place that looks like you can put things. It currently does not. Any time we run a promo our older folks are super confused.

Integrate with MYA! They are a matching system where your stylists and clients both take a quiz and it provides clients with 3 matches that would best suit them! It's been amazing at the salon so far. Our clients LOVE IT and the stylists are able to reach their ideal clientele with it

Employee Certification Section
We would love to add a tab in the Staff section after the Compensation tab that allows us to add in any certifications our stylists have obtained and when they expire. This could include their state board certifications and outside education certifications. Keeping this information in their profile in Boulevard would alleviate the need for a third program to track this information.

Having an option for personalized color codes. ie instead of stylist group colors, appointment colors for return request, return non-request, pre-book, new request and new non-request etc...

Ability to disable Client Check in on iPad
The business wants to be able to disable the client check in feature and only use the iPad for checking out.
