Service Add-Ons - Create Group so they can be added to each service
This feature is critical. Right now it's manual and leads to so many pricing and timing inconsistencies because you have to manually edit the add-ons with each service. It would not be hard to build this into the product and would save all of your customers HOURS of time and countless user errors because it's so tedious.

First time clients subjected to first-time booking deposit rule set per location option
Returning clients only required to pay deposit as service is set up. This would help businesses deter poor attendance for first time customers specifically. Standard no-show cancellation fees somewhat work but the issue here is sometimes these clients' cards are non-functional and then the business is stuck with what in the end was a dummy booking.

Option to make certain products like packages and subscriptions to be sold online ONLY
Many of these have extra terms and it would be best if businesses could force that we have the client's total information and a functioning payment method on file, which would be guaranteed by shifting sale of these items to online only.

Rewards Program Needs More Customization
The rewards is pretty basic, bare bones. It would be nice to configure based on specific categories and products. Our current rewards program allows points to accrue for retail ONLY. Packages are apart of "products" in the system and we don't want patients accruing points for package purchases. Would be cool if there was a way to have days that accrue more points then others -- like double points days.

Be able to see each stylist price list when you hover over their name on Calender:)
First off we love Boulevard and we love that you have this idea section to add to. We were with booker by mindbody and not a fan but one thing that was nice about it was on the calender page if you hovered over a stylist their services and price list would appear making it easy to help book a client over the phone or in person. Hope to see this added someday! Thank you!

Send an auto-response to client messages outside of business hours
When clients write in outside of business hours it would be nice to have them receive a message saying so.

The membership tag should automatically be attached to a client profile when they join any membership!
