Remote check in/out
Would be extremely helpful if there was a way to offer clients to do a remote check-in and out as they enter and leave the salon. this shouldn't be the primary check-in/out for clients but it would help tremendously since it has been difficult to hire and retain receptionists.

add products to the client booking portal
When a client is booking their appointment online, they can add products in their appointments (this can help the client remember what they need and see new products, also help the front desk know that the client needs these products at their appointment... and we can place an order if we are low)

Fix your "beta" reporting
Fix "beta" reporting. It's as unreliable as it was in Jan 2020 when we signed up, if not slightly worse. Some days I can't get the Detailed Line Item report to work at all, and this is critical to our business as running payroll relies on it. This was in "beta" in late 2019... why isn't this fixed?

Require that all orders be closed daily
Can't create a new sale the following day unless the previous have all been addressed, or can't close register for the day. This would help ensure orders are being maintained efficiently.

Privilege/permission settings for SKUs + Offer Codes
We have some SKUs and also some offer codes that we only want managers or our CX team using but there's no way to protect that in the dashboard. Right now, we will put "Managers Only" or "CX Only" in the name of a product or offer code but that can be a weird experience for clients and also makes it hard to enforce that only certain employees should be using them. It would be really nice when creating products and offer codes to be able to select which privilege groups can access them

Specify What Account Credits Are Applicable Towards
The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

Either send a automated reminder email to clients when their recurring appointments are about to expire or an automated alert on a profile.

Missing CC for existing boulevard customers
Apparently when a customer has an account with a different business using Boulevard, their CC will not appear in your system when they book online. We are supposed to just TRUSt that there will be a CC to charge in case of a no-show. Can't it at least show that there is a card on file???

Inventory Adjustment Notes Area
add a comment area when there is a change to the inventory. Like when i am recounting, a note would be nice. Or loss, to know its because its expired would be nice

Manual Edit Abilities for Staff that Shows in Calendar
I want to decide which staff members I want to see in the calendar tab, even if they don't have appointments or aren't on the schedule. It'd be nice if I could manually remove anyone that I don't want to see on the calendar tab.

day view screen lock
Currently, when I set my daily screen view- Say I put Ali and Lilly together on one screen, It moves them around on the other days, where I do not want them together. Can you make it so I can structure one day, without affecting every single other day?

Remove Integrations For All Users
Being able to toggle off Apps & Integrations setup for users would be great. We had a recent issue where a staff member created a Zapier integration sending client information to a Google Drive. Please have the ability to disable Apps & Integrations for specific users.
