Online booking should require phone number NOT email
Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

Allow business service charge to be set per unit rather than a flat fee
Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

Slow the tutorial videos down for new clients not familiar with the EMR. The current speed is for that of individuals highly familiar.
The tutorial video actions are at such a speed that, unless highly familiar with the EMR, it is very difficult to learn. Perhaps there should be a set of tutorials for existing and seasoned clients and those new to the system.

Allow for Monthly schedule drops
I like to drop the calendar for the staff and myself at a certain time and date every month (I open March calendar February 20th at 8am). I was able to do this with acuity with some work arounds, would love the option to go in and prepare the schedule for each staff member and either manually or automatically trigger Boulevard to drop the schedule and notify clients via text/ email

Report that shows the net total sales column less tips
Even when we customize reports and remove tip sales, tips are still included in the net sales number. This needs to be changed so we can see the net sales number without tips.

Send messages from clients as a text message. Silly that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a text "im running late"
It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

Ability for easier/quicker way for employees to log in
Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.
I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.
Solution: Automatically log…

utilization percent
Utilization percentage should not be based on the utilization of the resource as it is a staff report. It should be the amount the person was booked in relation to the amount they were scheduled.

Multiply per item discount by quantity sold
When using the "dollar off per item" offer feature, it should multiply by the quantity sold. For example, if the offer is $1 off each unit of Botox, when we sell 50 units, it should take off $50. Currently, it does not take quantities into account and only takes of $1

"All Locations" selections to honor newly added locations (staff profile, forms settings)
"All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

Icon Identifier
How about for the icon on the home screen there are initials or photo of whoever is signed in. So when you open up boulevard from the browser (since it does NOT require one to sign in), you actually know who is signed in. This would help for those who have multiple user.

Notification list larger for self booking
We need our list in notifications to allow more than 3 when people book online. We need to be able to see who has booked and when so we are capturing all our patients and know they have all the information before their appointment. We have to send consents and intakes from a different system.

Allow More Information to be Available in Zapier
I create a database and Google Sheets reports of all new patients and use Zapier to feed this information from BLVD. I would like to see Customer's Address, Provider, First Sale and Referral Source added to fields that can be exported. Thank you.

Confirmation emails should be sent from Salon, not from Boulevard.
The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.
