Send messages from clients as a text message. Silly that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a text "im running late"
It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

Yes! If I can't physically get to the service provider for whatever reason–they're in treatment, in the bathroom, stepped out, I'm busy checking clients out, etc.–it would be SO convenient to be able to notify them a client is late the same I can of the client's arrival.
