  1. Send messages from clients as a text message. Silly that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a text "im running late"

    Yes! If I can't physically get to the service provider for whatever reason–they're in treatment, in the bathroom, stepped out, I'm busy checking clients out, etc.–it would be SO convenient to be able to notify them a client is late the same I can of the client's arrival.
