watch customer
The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:

Set default employee communications settings for new staff profiles
New employees have the same exact comms settings as existing ones. Being able to set a default instead of updating the toggles every time a new staff profile is made would be more efficient.

We would like to set the 'send confirmation to client' at the service level
Some appointments are for internal purposes only and we do not want the client being notified. We would like to be able to set the default for this check box at the service level so that staff doesn't accidentally send the appointment to the client.

New forward looking report
Something like the staff performance report mixed with the booked forecast report. I would like to see hours booked and hours scheduled along with the dollars booked for the date range.

Tax report
Where are we on creating a report that separates taxable services and products from non-taxable services and products????? There are so many items that I had to list as retail for it to show up properly in the checkout area but they aren’t taxable so it’s becoming tedious

Logo identification between sites
We have two locations, although under the Manage tab for each location we have a different logo, which also shows up on the booking widget, it does not show up in the console when you toggle to a different location. It seems to default to the main global logo instead of the per site one. It is hard sometimes to know what site you are looking at because the logo is the same for both.

allow commission on price of sale product
We need a method for providers to earn commission based on the sale price of the product unit credit. This way, when the credit is redeemed, the provider receives commission based on the sale price rather than the standard price of the product. Providers should only earn commission on the actual sale prices, not the regular pricing.

ability to add transitions PER APPOINTMENT not per service
It would be a lot more efficient to be able to add an APPOINTMENT transition time rather than adding it to the SERVICE because sometimes we can have multiple services in one appointment that don't require transitions in between, only at the end but these services can also be booked individually so that's why they all need their own transition time with the way it is setup now.

Group bookings in the Dashboard
It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

would love to see a "soft" block and a "hard" block, meaning soft block is bookable, such as "on call" when not booked

Archiving chart option when "in progress"
It would be helpful to have the option to archive any charts even if they have been started or "in progress". This would be a nice option to have in case 2 of the same charts or open, or the opened chart was not used or a different one was needed.

Do not show staff without open schedules when viewing "Is working" in the app
The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.
We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.
Please standardize this to match the desktop view (it worked…

Franchise Controls in Marketing Suite
BE able to either control franchisees marketing templates and outreach without being charged for it at the corporate level.
Also, allow Franchisee sends out their own marketing, but can only access their client base.

Ability to require staff to scan products at checkout and not manually enter
Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

Scheduling Alert Email Notification
We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.
