  1. It would be very helpful if the business could receive some sort of statement of credit card fees charged broken down by card type (debit/credit) to have full visibility into fees being assessed by Offset.

  3. Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:

    Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships

    Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.

    Product sales - shows all your sales for each product

    Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class

    Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…

  4. I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes.   5. The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!

  6. For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

  7. Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

  10. The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.

    Examples:
    1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
    2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
    3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.

  12. There is not a report that calculates the NET sale based on product usage. (Yes there is one for a business charge - but we are using Botox and Filler so the cost varies per service) We really need a report that shows us the NET profit of each service, subtracting the cost of the products used in that service.

  13. It would be helpful for offer to have the ability to set a rule that includes or excludes by brand and not just service or product. When we run a brand promo we have to go through every item in our inventory to select what can be included. It would save a significant amount of time to say all of X brand is included in this offer.

  14. I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.

  15. We would love to see a reservation number added to each appointment and make them searchable, much like an order number. This is a very easy way to look up specific details for our guests. It would be best if we could also book multiple reservations or bookings under a single reservation number for groups and parties as well.

Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  19. When filtering clients, we would like to have an option to filter clients based on when the most recent message was sent. For example to filter out clients if they were contacted less than a month ago.
