Space for alternative phone number.
There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

We have a few clients that have multiple phone numbers (work cell phones, secondary cells) and will often not remember which phone number they put on file. It would be a good option to put secondary numbers that can also be looked up to find clients
