  1. Account credits are reflected the same whether the client paid, or put a balance on their account. We allow certain clients to split payments for big ticket services over time (internal financing). The only way to ascertain that a client did not pay in full is to run a client outstanding receivables report. On the payments & refunds report, the transaction shows up as payment method=account credit even if the client ends up with a negative account balance.

  2. At the top of the Membership/Sales tab, it would be empowering to have an overview box with important information (the way you have a highlights box on the Client's Overview tab)... This highlights box should have the TOTAL # of recurring memberships, Gross $ of monthly membership $ coming in, and ARR annual recurring revenue projection, as well as # new members in past 30 days and # of lost/failed payment members in the past 30 days. Memberships are so important for medspas.

  3. Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

  4. It would be helpful to be able to run a report or a list of specific information, such as pulling all clients that have a birthday in August.

  8. Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

  10. Downloading the sales summary report results in different numbers of rows and different orders for the rows (I am not sure what logic sorts them, I haven't figured it out)

    It would be useful for them to stay in the same order for every download. I understand that payment methods may need to move around as new payment methods can be added, but keeping the same basic order would be great!

  11. Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

  12. If you could send more product sales details to shopify accurately becauser your reports are lacking and I could use shopify reporting for product sales and all their product reports. In addition their PO system is much better and would allow me to use their product tracking better

  13. Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

  15. Unless the staff member has the Location Manager privilege group enabled, staff members can't access the 'Hardware' section of the 'Manage' tab, making it difficult for them to troubleshoot Duo hardware issues without someone with an Admin or Location Manager privilege group present.
