Would love if you could just add one photo block for before and one for after and fit more than one photo on it. Instead of needing multiple photo blocks, it would help documentation look cleaner and I could have all I need in one spot rather than lots of scrolling.

Manage Access Option and for ALL Summaries and Reports
Right now only Reports has the option to give certain individuals access to view if they do not have it. I would love to see this on summaries as well, so that certain reports can be viewed and printed by eligible staff members, while other summaries owners don't want employees to be seen can be hidden. I would love to print the Daily Summary so I can see the payment methods and make sure the receipts add up to the report, while still hiding the Commission Summary for example.

email creates duplicate accounts
PLEASE allow checking in & setting up appointments with PHONE # ONLY. Emails constantly create duplicate accounts when a client miskeys or has multiple email accounts. Oh and almost NO ONE even uses EMAIL anymore.

Notification for specific clients booking
Ability to set up an alert to a specific email address when a new appointment is booked by a certain client. The use case is for location managers to receive an advanced alert when a VIP client books an appointment to prepare their staff and salon.

Group appointment is misleading
Our nail salon needs services to happen simultaneously so people can get their manicures and pedicures at the same time instead of back to back. The only way for clients to book this way online is through the Group appointment link, however since it is only themselves it’s not obvious enough and they book an individual appointment. Please allow us to change “group” to “multiple” and it should help this issue significantly!

Select Date Range on "Schedule"
It would be very helpful and time-efficient to be able to select a date range on the "Schedule" view, instead of being only able to select one day at a time.

tipping options for assistant
Many client end up tipping assistant 5 cent instead of 5 dollars because they need to add 2 zeros. Could add an option for 3 different dollars amounts for assistant like, 5 $ 10$ or 20$ and custom amount.

The blue banner about returning clients logging in doesn't add very well to the booking overlay's design and I wish this could be in a different color/layout or allowed to customize.

Permission: Modify voucher expiration date
Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

Scan files into a patient chart at each DOS
We have clients fill out paper forms for follow ups, etc. We need to be able to scan these documents and add them to their visit (where Charts & Forms show up). We like the paper check lists, not interested in making these digital as they help us with in-clinic patient flow.

For employees to have individual access to only their sales numbers
Employees need to have access to ONLY their sales numbers and not to the entire staff or see other staff pay.
