App only able to book 1 resource
the app is not booking more than 1 resource if the appointment has more than 1 assigned. For instance, if we are booking a hydrfacial, it requires a room as a resource and a machine as equipment. If we book using the app, it only chooses the room, not the machine as well.

Add ability to delete or toggle on/off the "manage your appointment" function in the confirmation emails.
Since moving to BLVD about 6 months ago, our cancellation rate has increased by a multiple of 4. The "easy out" 1 click cancel button included in appointment reminders allows the client to cancel without a conversation that would typically lead to a reschedule or would at least let us offer to reschedule. The way it is now makes cancellation "too convenient" without talking to anyone. If we could toggle this function/button on or off it would let us compare cancellation rates with and without it.

Profile Assignment
The business would like the ability to have one profile with multiple users as they only have one computer and said it is not realistic that each person sign out and then sign in when checking a client out.

Multiple choice has type option as well
When creating a new form, I would like to be able for a client to chose yes or no and then create a line that says "If yes, when?" that a client can also fill in. Instead of having to create a new text box for it.

Hey folks! This idea has a lot of different requests in the comments, but some of your needs were addressed by today's release: schedule view.
As of today, you can now view any day's schedule from either the Front Desk or Calendar views in Dashboard. The schedule allows you to filter the day by the forms' statuses to keep track of which appointment still have incomplete forms. Learn more here and enjoy!

Provide Report or Filter for Marketing Opt-In Preferences
Add a filter to the client list or a beta report to show what marketing opt-in preference a client has chosen, including if they've opted out, and allow for the ability to export that list.

Option to categorize or sort clients by the service they received
It would be helpful to be able to sort patients that received services so that we can go back and look at all the clients that did a particular service so we can go back in our content and easily find before and afters

Allow an upload csv file to update products and services
Shopify allows a user to upload a new csv file to update their inventory listings. It would be amazing to have this option on Boulevard for products and services. Much of the data is far easier to manipulate in a spreadsheet and export to the proper csv format. It would be SOO much easier to deal with price changes, inventory adjustments, etc if we could do them in bulk via a csv.

ALERT icon next to clients name visible from schedule
It doesn't make sense that we can't see a booking alert unless we click into the client profile. The purpose of an ALERT is to well, ALERT the desk but we shouldn't need to go into every profile everyday to make sure we are not missing one.

Splitting ticket after deposit taken for group bookings
This software locks in payment for one person in a group booking once a deposit is taken. We literally got a bad review because the group was so annoyed with not being able to split their ticket at checkout. They were offended we suggested Venmo but what else are we supposed to do if BLVD doesn't offer this flexibility? Splitting tickets is a standard expectation, if restaurants can do it, BLVD can!

Ongoing reoccurring appointments and ongoing time block like for lunch
Have the option to book ongoing standing appointments and ongoing time blocks like for lunch instead of just a certain number of times or date. We have clients that have been coming for over 10 years on a standing appointment. Or at least send us an alert when their standing only has a few appointments left.

We have a need for a report that shows sales detail (service/product/tip) including payment type (cash/card/check) that can be filtered by stylist. We pay out renters according to how the salon took payment for their clients and right now it is a tedious process to pull and cross reference multiple reports.

Manually Push/Force Text Appointment Confirmations
We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.
With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday…
