  1. Maybe this idea was already posted, but I just got the Duo. Sometimes we have clients who have already prepaid and the total for services is $0. We realized the Duo will close out the sale and not prompt the client to leave gratuity. We have to ask and manually enter the gratuity amount in the checkout window before running payment. We would like to still have them select a gratuity amount on their own via the iPad, based on value of the service. If they left cash, they can still skip it. Thanks!

  2. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  6. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  7. Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out

  8. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  9. Rather than pausing the membership and charging nothing, it would be great to be able to put the membership on pause while still charging something (like $10) to make sure card is still active and in lieu of charging a cancellation/reactivation fee

  10. Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:

    • Select which data columns to display
    • Arrange columns in their preferred order
    • Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
    • Save custom Summary layouts for future use

    Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

  14. Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

  17. This feature would improve the Appointment Service Records Report by adding two key functionalities:

    • Timezone Adjustment: Allow users to view the report in their local timezone, enhancing accuracy and convenience for businesses operating across different time zones.
    • Staff Name Display: Introduce an option to show staff names alongside or instead of staff IDs, making the report more user-friendly and easier to interpret at a glance.

    These enhancements would significantly improve the report's usability, providing more relevant and easily understandable information to users managing appointments and staff schedules.

  19. If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

  20. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.
