  1. Provide businesses a method to elect what information is required for client profiles (First name, last name, phone number, email, CARD ON FILE) and then any instance of a client not having all of the required field filled, a UI element across any instance of their name (except in reports) that denotes that something is missing. This would create great automatic feedback that our staff and receptionists would pay attention to and correct whenever they can.

  3. Partner ship with a phone answering service that has a live person that can answer call and book using boulevard. This would help to take calls and scheduling out of the salon to streamline calls and books. i.e. a service like https://www.answeringservicecare.net/

  4. When rescheduling an appointment at checkout, it would be helpful to see the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the appointment that day.

    For example, when checking out, I currently have to manually count the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the current appointment. It would be helpful to have it calculated automatically when rebooking.

    • Today the NetSuite integration can only import sales and payments data as NetSuite invoice objects
    • As a business that uses NetSuite for our Accounting, we would like to have this integration pull data in as Cash Sales (and other popular object types) to avoid having AR touched and to avoid clean up post ingestion

  7. We feel it is very important that Boulevard gives us the option to print receipts that the Merchant and Customer copies are seperated automatically by the receipt printer. We are using the exact recommended Hardware. Our old booking program, their technical support team knew the exact settings for the recommended printer for the recommended browser to use on the desktop (Chrome). They knew every code for the settings to make every part of the program user-friendly in all aspects, including printer settings.   10. We have a lot of client's who's entire family uses the salon. It would be helpful to have them all connect to one profiles payment method, contact info, etc. but still have their own individual names. We currently just make separate profiles for each of them, but then when you're messaging the phone number sometimes is automatically associated with the child instead of the adult. Also, when checking out, it's hard to charge the card on file when it's under the parent's profile but not the child's. We have some work arounds, but there's got to be a way to…

  13. More and better filters and sorting options when viewing products. We have almost 600 unique SKUs and I wish we could, for example, set the filters to show only active products from X brand, or only active products from Y product category - or both of those at the same time: only active products from X brand under Y product category.
