  2. The ability of putting in quotes for specific services into each client profile. Then being able to pull a report/filter for any client that was quoted that specific service for marketing purposes.

  3. Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.

  6. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos. These functionalities should ideally be integrated within Boulevard. There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

  9. I understand your can send reminders for forms prior to appointments. However, we've run into a situation where forms weren't completed before hand and the patient some how made it past our front desk without completing them. There should be a way to send these forms to a patient after their appointment. The only way to do that now is to send them PDFs of the forms which is very inconvenient.

  11. Spa services AND medical services are two separate businesses. There should be a way to attach medical services to the medical merchant account and the spa services to the spa merchant account as some employees deliver services under both. Having separate profiles per employee especially when they don't sync is not efficient and creates problems.

  14. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

  15. There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.

  19. It would be nice to add a membership to a clients profile without selling it through the POS. There are many times we want to add the plan and draft info but charge nothing until the first draft the next month.

  20. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.
