  1. we have a few clients who have become chronic reschedulers, so it would be nice if the system automatically blocked people from rescheduling the same appointment online if they've already moved it twice.

  3. A report should be created allowing staff to search for a specific future appointment in the book. For the 'not so typical service', in order to prepare for materials needed and staff to be available. -or- Another way to look at this, let's say you've previously scheduled a complex service with a client and can not remember when it is in the future / can not remember the client... being able to search the service would help.

  8. Seems like clients are passing on the waitlist option because of requiring a credit card to request a spot on the waitlist. They don't have an actual appointment yet so asking for a credit card feels weird. It would be nice to have the option to pick and choose what requires a credit card?

  10. When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

  11. Unless I comb through each sale, there is no way to understand if staff are potentially handing out adjusted prices which in most cases diminishes income. I strongly believe staff understand this is a way of hiding their dirty work from management in some cases. The loss revenue for businesses is completely unmonitored at present. Increased revenue from price adjustments also should be scrutinized since targeting upcharging to certain clients could potentially land businesses in hot water.

  13. We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

  14. Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone

  15. There used to be a "cancel" button when processing credit cards with the Duo. It would be nice to have that button back in the new flow. Occasionally the app or Duo lock up and the cancel button on the Dashboard end may be able to save the experience by allowing us to cancel from the desk.

  18. I would love if there was a way that we could set up relationships between clients. Clients sometimes call and say they share a 'membership' or credit card with their husband and we have to ask the name and info of the husband etc. Or another example is someone wants to book an appointment for their 'sister' and there's no way to link the accounts. It would be much easier if we could see who a client is 'related' to in our system.

  19. As of right now, the only time a Prebook or rebook tracks is if the prebooking was done at check-out before collecting payment. It would be helpful to have the option to either go back to "view appointment" and then be able to select a prebook option to set a new prebooked appointment, OR to add a prebooking tick-box when setting an appointment through "new appointment". Lastly, either function should help track the prebook metric.
