  5. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  8. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

  9. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

  10. on the checkout screen for rebooking if the clients had a screen that pops up with 3,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 week rebooking that would help.

  11. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process

  13. any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

  14. Need the ability to edit what the cancellation policy states in the booking widget and not have the Boulevard default policy appear, since sometimes it is not correct.

  15. Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc

  16. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  17. When looking at text messages the abbreviations used for when the message was sent are y,m,d,min. It can be confusing to have just the m for month when you have text that was sent 2 min ago and one that was 4 m ago side by side. It is easy to think that they were sent nearly at the same time. I suggest changing the month designation to mo. just to avoid the confusion.

  19. When you click on calendar, it opens patient. I HATE having to go off calenedar, look up patient. too awkward. This would be a great step saver
