  3. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  4. As the owner I would like the option to see all booking notifications/reschedules/cancellations for all my staff, right now it is on an individual basis so I can only see my own notifications.

  6. Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

  8. It is so important for SEO to have lots of online reviews, especially on Google. If someone leaves a positive rating, they should be taken to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to finalize their review for being published online. If they leave a negative review, they should be given a screen that says something like, "We are sorry you had a less than positive experience. We will do what we can to make this right." Then, we should be notified if there is a negative review. This way, we can remedy negative outcomes without them being published online, and the positive…

  9. The calendar in the iOS app has an "is working" filter that is the same as the dashboard. But the filter shows staff members who only have a timeblock even if they aren't on the schedule to work and have no appointments scheduled. This clutters up an already small view. The filter should match the dashboard and only show staff members who are scheduled to work or have an appointment scheduled.

  10. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected.   12. Allow custom definable buttons be added to client profiles that could pass in the client ID as a variable to another web page. This would allow connection to other platforms in a way that looks more professional.

Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.

  14. Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

  15. I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
    - go to the gear icon, then 'products'
    - select a product to edit
    - view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
    - a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!

  20. If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.
