  2. We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

  3. "All locations" can be selected as a staff member's assigned locations as well in a form or chart's settings. When a new location is added to the dashboard, though, each of these areas have to be updated to include it. It would be more efficient overall if the "All locations" checkbox considered future locations after it's been set.

  4. Offers should have more options.

    -----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.

    -----Those same offers should be represented in the booking flow. Blvd is very siloed and some of the areas do not talk to each other, it is up to us to get that info out and it is HARD. If there is an auto-applied offer, that discount…

  5. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  6. Elite Aesthetics would like to see improvements in prepaid unit sales. They need there to be tax added, since they have to add tax at checkout for these same items. They also would like them to be commissionable.

  9. When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

  10. I would like the ability to import data in bulk for my clients. For example, I use an external forms application called JotForm. We have collected birthdays and addresses on these forms for the past several years. When we migrated from Square to Boulevard, that data did not come over from our clients because it was not in Square, rather the JotForms so now I would have to go into almost 1500 records one by one and update them, that is silly.

  11. My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

  14. It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.

    It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.

    We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

  15. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  16. Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.

  17. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

  19. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.
