  1. Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.

This would not only indirectly cause service providers to be more aware that there is further demand for them, it would directly incentivize them to keep tabs on their books and make changes that managers and front desk staff normally would overlook in order to get the clients (and revenue) in :)

  4. I have had several Different kinds of scheduling software and never ever have I had an Issue where a canceled appt or a rescheduled appointment be sent a reminder. It's unbelievable this is happening. How unprofessional it makes us look when we have people show up for appointments because they are confused.

  5. It would be helpful if there were two sections for notes in a guest profile. General client notes intended for the front desk team and a second section for the estheticians to leave more detailed notes that they wouldn't leave in a treatment chart.

  7. A user more user friendly way to check on the configuration of Shopify Integration. I want to see which location I have mapped. Today there is no way to even know this is possible. You have to hit Configure >> Setup and there is nothing here that says "Current Configuration".

  9. BLVD business is building their own custom portal

    When an end user logs into their portal, they need to have the ability to manage their memberships in order to offer them control and flexibility.

    We want to be able to allow end users to Cancel, Freeze/Pause their memberships

    This is currently not possible because the APIs are not available

  11. If we want to enable or disable an existing service at some locations, but not all, we have to go into each location -> manage -> services -> locate the service -> activate or deactivate it. With nearing 30 locations, this is extremely tedious and should not be work that we have to spend time doing. If we can change this at the brand level that would be amazing - similar to how you check off the locations when creating a NEW service. It's frustrating that that's the only time we have that control at the brand level.

  13. Make Add-Ons have a mandatory option like the Service Modifiers do. Where you have to choose at least one option. We would like to have "finishing services" for our color, like a blow out or haircut, and we do currently but it would be more proactive to have the client be forced to choose one instead of being able to skip it because it wouldn't give us enough time to finish the service.

  15. The business would like to choose which reason, by default, timeblocks are created as. Currently, unless otherwise specified, the reason will be set as 'Personal'. This can be easily missed which results in skewed Utilization % tracking.

    Common use-cases for timeblocks are for meal breaks, training, meetings, or 'catch-up time' if the current client is taking longer than anticipated. These would be considered 'Business'. (Staff utilization shouldn't be penalized for meal breaks and the other reasons are business-related.)

    Better yet, have NO timeblock reason chosen by default and make the user select one before saving.

  16. When clients book an appt for themselves and a guest - either under their name or as 'guest of' the appt should automatically add a tag as a 'party' and highlight both appts when hovering over one or the other appt!!!!!
