Need to be able to select an audience for mutliple providers at a time rather than limiting the audience to clients that have seen the multiple providers selected

Would like the ability to create custom OTB audiences by typing in the email or pasting in a list of select email addresses (instead of using the current filters)

I'd like to be able to create a specific client list to target for marketing campaigns. Right now it's very generic and I can only send based on Boulevard criteria. I want to chose the patients specifically.
