limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

Fix the jump in the calendar that happens when booking into the next month
When in the calendar view, if I click "todays date" to schedule an appointment on a different day, it ALWAYS jumps and cuts off the first week of the next month. It is so frustrating. You have to click on a random later date in the month and then click it again to reach the beginning weeks of the new month.

allow a sales commission that is not dependent upon who does the treatment. Right now whoever does the treatment gets the commission,
We have sales people that do not do the treatments. It would be great it commission could be tied to the sale and not to the treatment.

create client profile from messages
When a number isn't in the system under a profile it shows in messages as "unknown". Sometimes we end up creating a profile for the person. It would be super helpful to be able to create a profile right from the messages. As it is, we need to go to the clients tab, create a new client, and then manually copy the phone number from the messages tab (You can't even select to copy and paste the number)

Adjust zoom in before/after photos
Add a slider bar to compare before and after photos to allow direct comparison. This feature is in TouchMD and is super helpful for the team.

Allow recurring schedules to have different resources attached
We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

Set an order that forms are filled out
We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

Ability to manage waitlist appointments in bulk
We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.
Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

Allow custom links in client communications
There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.

Allow specific parameters for which service providers can be apart of the NEW Referral Program.
I would love to try this to help build my new stylists, but cant bring it on bc my stylists that are booked out dont need to offer this. Bummer

Improve Client History Tab
The client history tab need big improvements! Most obvious are:
1) Group same day appointments together so that we can easily see what was done the same day AND at what time without clicking to open the appointment.
2) There should be a way to get to Appointment History or Order History without having to scroll. Some of our clients have hundreds of past appointments so getting to their order history is a pain. Perhaps just make orders a separate tab?
3) Opening an appointment or order should not take you away from the client profile. We often have to…

Configurable Default State for "Resend Confirmation" Checkbox
Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

Group booking changes and improvements
Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.
It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

An alert for internal teams and/or clients that book the same service (e.g. haircut) within a certain timeframe (e.g. one month).

Update Gift cards to work like the new vouchers
The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.
Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

Resource Scheduling book in numbered order
We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.
For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.
Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

Ability to alphabetize forms and charts in the forms and charts tab in the client profile
We need to be able to alphabetize forms in the client profile tab as it makes searching for specific forms/charts much easier.
