  3. We would like an invite to give feedback/review after the client completes payment via the Duo/iPad set-up. Once they confirm and pay, having an opportunity to give us 1-5 stars and, if they give us 4 or 5 stars, inviting them to review with Google Reviews would be great.

  5. When a new service is added, I would like to choose "default settings."

    In my case currently (and I know this is not for all), it would be auto-assigning the new service to all locations (we only have one right now), all staff, etc. Also, ensuring that forms are updated to include that service. For example, new client intake should auto-add the new service.

  7. Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pm

    We need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
    ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pm

    Using time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.

  9. Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.

    If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

  10. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  12. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  13. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment. We have clients who call over the phone to cancel their membership but don't have an upcoming appointment and they need…

  19. Need the ability to send the membership cancellation email for the cancellation date not time it is cancelled. Memberships are cancelled at time they are sold since there is not an option to preset only a 12 month membership term and clients get confused when receiving cancellation email so early.
