Task list (follow-up) for staff

ProMD (enterprise prospect) would also need this functionality.

Yes! This would be crucial for our practice and reminders.

There is also absolutely no way (that we can find) to schedule patient follow-ups for providers, especially when you have more than one (we have 5 providers) and need to have someone review labs, a patient's adverse reaction to filler, which we had to dissolve, or our Board-Certified Nutritionist review a patient's treatment plan for weight loss (I do not permit providers to arbitrarily issue prescriptions for weight loss). Nor is there any place to document a patient having problems after hours and calling for help (we offer after-hours services and the ability to speak to a certified medical assistant or a registered nurse) by SMS or voice.

A way to send tasks to staff where they can be checked off after completion. Or somewhere to chat with staff as an admin account where only they can see their private messages. For example if I see something off on the schedule a place where I can let the front desk know appointments have to be moved or forms have to be collected.

It will be beneficial to have a front desk communication board. This board will have a daily chore check list for opening and closing for weekday and weekends so we are aware what has been completed. Also this board will have any updates or anything we must be aware of for any of the estheticians. Lastly we can have any updates about call backs to move up or down appointments which were booked two weeks from the present day.
