There is also absolutely no way (that we can find) to schedule patient follow-ups for providers, especially when you have more than one (we have 5 providers) and need to have someone review labs, a patient's adverse reaction to filler, which we had to dissolve, or our Board-Certified Nutritionist review a patient's treatment plan for weight loss (I do not permit providers to arbitrarily issue prescriptions for weight loss). Nor is there any place to document a patient having problems after hours and calling for help (we offer after-hours services and the ability to speak to a certified medical assistant or a registered nurse) by SMS or voice.

Yes, and Boulevard does NOT rotate so you can use the iPad for clinical notes! We have keyboards for our iPads, but you cannot use them because the screen does not rotate!
