Service Sales Report in Summaries
Make a Service Sales Report generated in the Summaries section. This will make it easier to view and compare and contrast with Product sales. Also, it will allow me to download the report as a PDF.

Granular service/product permissions - separate "create" from "enable/edit"
When a franchise is operating under a single dashboard, owners should be able to enable and set price/duration overrides but they should not be able to create new services or products. currently, some of these functions are within the same privilege setting and should be separated out.

Service Provider reflect in Online Booking, but not bookable.
Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.

Adjusting Service Price
We should be able to adjust service price through checkout without having to go to "edit", then checkout. Now, you are only able to 'Add Discount' and not just adjust the price.

Change the "next button" during booking to something more intuitive like, "select date"
During the booking flow, the button at the bottom of the page says "next" many patients are getting stuck here. We propose that the button be renamed to " select date" or anything that would help the client to know that they need to click the button to see dates. many people say that they can't see availability on the booking site and have been calling to get help.

Require a client to enter their address when online booking
Blvd collects most the info needed for guests to book online but i would be if we could toggle on or off what information is required. for example we can require. credit card but it would be nice if we could require all the information so we have the client profile already filled out before they arrive. this would save time at check in/out and has a lot less room for error or forgetting.

Expiration dates with products
With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

it would be great if the clients had an app to log into to be able to see upcoming appointments and also move/cancel them if needed.

Have permission controls but the ability to set what performance your staff can track.

Create a method to complete forms on Duo app without a phone number
We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.
Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

Have a date on the entered client notes
It would be useful to have a date showing on the entered client notes within the clients profiles, instead of "A Year ago" as an example.

make it possible to see front desk/management staff on the schedule
Would love to see an option where you can see the hours front desk/management Staff will be working through the schedule option instead of just at the time clock so it is visible from the app and not just the internet browser.

Membership discount charges offered for x amount of months
We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign up but reverts back to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge. It's difficult to modify the charge price for each client when their charge dates are all on different dates! Please look into creating a discount offer…
