  1. For instance a stylist sees 100 clients and 32 purchased retail it would be 32%. I know on reports it shows #guests with product, but a % would be nicer for KPI tracking so we don’t have to do the math. The % guests purchasing retail, units sold, and retail $$$ would be nice for staff performance also.

  3. I believe it would be useful for all to be able to see the count of the statuses (stati? lol) of the memberships. How many are past due, paused, active, closed etc

  5. For the new Netsuite API, we would love to be able to have client names added to the order flow from Blvd to NS. Currently, we would need to pull a client list and match to the Client ID which is a continuous and time-consuming task.

  6. Blvd allows users to open up more than 2 sale and/or appt booking windows at a time but the third one gets cut off the screen. I know that a workaround is to expand that third sale into the detailed view so that it takes up the whole screen, but it seems like a design flaw that it gets cut off like that at all.

  8. It's very easy to accidentally make changes at the brand level that are meant for just one location because the screen in general, and the top nav bar in particular, looks almost exactly the same no matter which one you're on

  12. Currently my location manager can update quantities but not enter new products or update price changes on existing products. As the owner, I have given her autonomy over our inventory and it is up to her to manage. The software is forcing me as the owner to do this and I pay her to do it!

    I do not wish to give her total control over our software so it should be something I can allow in permissions.

  15. We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

  17. Change the Orders screen to work more like Clients: When you click an order to view details, they slide over the screen to see details. Then when you close the order it slides back out of the way and you are still on the order screen. This allows you to keep any filters in place and still see the order details.

    A change like this would help streamline the user experience so more aspects of the program behave in the same way making it easier to use and to train new users.

  20. When you click "new appointment" at the top right, it opens a small mini screen at the bottom right to fill in all necessary information. It would be great to enlarge the screen and see everything in a bigger, cleaner format, so we click the enlarge button to expand the screen. But if we do that, the "First Available" option disappears, and we must select a stylist instead. When enlarging the screen, please keep all the functionalities that exist when the screen was small!
