Manually Push/Force Text Appointment Confirmations
We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.
With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday will go out on Sunday evening. This presents an issue because our front desk staff is not able to call and confirm appointments the day before (because we are closed) if client's do not respond to the text/email confirmations.
I hope this makes sense. For the time being, on Saturday's, our front desk staff has been calling ALL clients with appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. At times, we have 50+ clients booked in a day. That ties up quite a bit of time for our front desk staff, especially on a Saturday. Thank you for your consideration.
