Under our previous system (Booker), clients could walk in, select a gift certificate template, tell us who it was for, what they wanted included on the gift, add special messages, etc. and we could print a nice color gift certificate for them to take with them. While we were talking with the sales folks at Boulevard, I was led to believe that this is also possible with your system (this is in addition to clients being able to buy gift cards online themselves without our help).

So far, I have not been able to find anything close to this with Boulevard. The best I can get is going to a client profile, clicking "gift card," making up a card number myself (not ideal), and then entering a balance for it. Clients aren't looking for that, so until we get rid of Booker, I'm back to using Booker for this function, then transferring the information generated into Boulevard. That's not sustainable.

We do not want to start using plastic gift cards - we don't like plastic, and those are too easy to lose/misuse. Is this something you all can talk me through doing, or is it something you intend to implement in future?
