Only specific services especially in a med spa should be requesting for tipping and as owners we should have that flexibility. It is quite the disappointment coming from Zenoti to BLVD to find that BLVD is so behind in many of these top requests which we have in Zenoti. Zenoti is complex but not being able to have a price check, not being able to have normal views of schedules from provider and computer views, pre/post care instructions and paying the same price with a huge decrease in services is unfortunate and will ultimately have us stay with our old system as many other accounts unfortunately have had to do. The booking lay out is ideal but the backend is unfortunate and its disappointing that many of these requests have been stated for some time now.

Very important!!!! We had this feature with Zenoti for nearly the same price and with all the extra admin work of trying to find a price and what not, and the fact we have many issues since October of onboarding we are considering going back. It's beyond disappointing this feature has been requested since 2022 and no change.

The purpose of us paying for an EMR system is to send out proper communication before and after appointments. It is important we have this feature available especially when it is available with other EMRs that are less in price or even similar priced. We went with this system from Zenoti because we thought is was as robust but more simple then what we were dealing with, but for the same price we could have all of the features that BLVD is missing, including thing like price check, pre/post care instructions, an actual client portal log in not a confusing redirect, etc. We held out on BLVD for years and thought it had advanced but finding it is still very behind and needing significant updates. Sadly this request was put in several months ago and it has yet to be updated. I think it is a disservice for a company to advertise or promote being a medical EMR and not being able to communicate with clients properly.

Wait are we paying extra for text message reminders and notifications? I thought that was all included! We left Zenoti and honestly we may just need to go back because it had many of the requested features already implemented with BLVD except zenoti can be complex but they do not charge extra for appt reminders, etc.
