Add - on services added to ticket!
Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

Other systems send out product used list to guest after the visit so they know what was used and are able to purchase said product.

Instead of blocking clients from booking with EVERYONE, but sometimes only a specific stylist doesn’t want to accommodate a customer and don’t want to get booked by he/she again.

Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing

If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

Cart abandonment tracking
Google Analytics or Boulevard Report tracking to track clients who create a cart in the booking widget and don't complete the following steps. Having the ability to see what the exact drop-off points are would be most helpful for understanding where opportunities for improvement exist.

Reminder to add card for memberships sold using a non-card payment method
When a client pays for a membership with another payment method besides a debit or credit card, it would be nice to have a prompt appear to collect a card on file and record the client consenting to storing the card for the membership's renewals in the future.

Feature Request: Improve Payment Display When Using "Other" Payment Type
When splitting payments, particularly when using the "Other" payment option, it would be helpful if the system only displayed the amount currently being charged to the card at the time of client approval, rather than the full original total.
Currently, when discounts or alternate payments are entered under "Other," the original total still appears upfront. This often confuses patients, as they don’t immediately see the applied discounts or partial payments, leading to concerns and requiring additional explanation.

working out commision split after taxes and fees
dont want to pay all the credit card fees and taxes from my portion of the commision split. with square i was able to calculate stylists commission after the fees are taken out
