View prior invoices and current payment options from Ipad App.
When in the room with a client discussing add-ons and price, it would be so helpful if we could see if they have account credit or vouchers available to apply to the service. This would make providing quotes on the fly so much easier. We currently use a paper "ticket" that the front desk creates and hands to the service provider.

accounting options in summaries- cash vs accrual
Especially for small business, an option for cash vs accrual methods of sales summaries would be very useful.
Or at least have the ability to customize the summary (I.e. let me choose to include cash, credit, aspire, alle, patientfi, etc and leave out certain items like vouchers). This option may actually be better for those that utilize things like aspire or patient fi a lot.
Either way, I would love to know how much actual cash is going into my bank account during the month without having to subtract vouchers, adjustments, credits, etc.

allow client to enter credit card
Clients should have the ability to put a credit card on file at the same time they are completing electronic forms. It would be great if you could make this a part of that task.

password reset
A password reset from the client profile would be extremely helpful for guest who need their hand held while reseting the password.
The merge guest could be better. I just merged 3 profiles into one and i still see all 3 when I search the guest.

NEW vs. CURRENT Clients Online Booking
We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Notify the business when clients submit a form so things don't get missed
Please have the option for an automated email to go to the business when a client submits a form so we know that it's happened. We need to know when a client has submitted a membership contract so they don't fall through the cracks.

As a front desk agent I should be able to create time blocks for my service providers. It shouldn’t be something special to just management. I need to be able to schedule their breaks and lunches. And also let my other front desk know not to touch an area!!
