  3. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  4. Our providers would appreciate it if there was a way to send them an alert or notification if a client changes their appointment time same-day or cancels. When our front desk staff works to optimize the schedule, appointments are sometimes moved. Providers would appreciate an extra notification if this happens! :)

  5. We would like the ability to manage client notes more granularly. Specifically:

    Allow staff to add notes to a client’s record.

    Restrict staff from deleting existing notes.

    Provide an option to designate who can delete notes, with management having exclusive access to do so.

    This would help maintain note integrity while still allowing staff to document client interactions.

  8. Gift card purchases should have the option to add an internal note. I donate gift cards to local non-profits all the time and have no way to track which gift card number corresponds to which non-profit donation. I don't necessarily know the end recipient since they're often used for silent auctions, etc. but it would be nice to be able to note what an internal gift card was used for.

  11. We would like to able to set monthly memberships to show as account credit for each client, but there is no way to set what that account credit is to be used for. We don't want every service to be able to use the credit accrued from memberships.

  12. Reports for memberships should include a date for when a Paused or Cancellation Scheduled membership is set to resume and become active again. This enables the business to be able to more accurately report on their future active memberships and track churn more correctly.

  14. Hi there -
    Discussed yesterday on 11/5/25 - that our practice does not have a the Client Visit Frequency Report Available in our Reporting. We also need to be able to filter clients through tags added to their Client Profile (NOT the appointment itself) to be able to track different plans of care needed for that type of patient.

    For example, when a patient has a tag that states "Rehab", we need a report that will generate for that type of patient only (but can filter through multiple tags) and show how many visits per week they are coming in,…

  15. It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation

  16. It would be very helpful to assign text messages to staff members. Staff will start a conversation and it's helpful if a response comes in while they are with a patient to assign to them and alert them it's needing their attention.

  17. Having the ability to push more new clients to book with specific stylists on Boulevard, you could implement a targeted booking within the software based on percentages to increase a specific stylist's new clientele.

  18. Currently when we sell a membership the membership agreement pops up on the Ipad and the client just clicks "Accept". We need them to sign it. Please add signature field to membership agreements
