View messages from all locations on a client's profile
Right now, when you visit a client profile, the messages tab just shows messages from whichever location you are currently on in Boulevard. It would be helpful if this included messages from both locations, just like their profiles show upcoming appointments for both locations.

Different screen choices for client ipad instead of check in
Instead of having a client check in screen there could be other options. Solo estheticians with everything in their room don't really need a check in screen.

When adding a suggested product to an order it should really default to the staff member who entered the suggest product onto a client's profile as the seller, or at least show which staff member suggested it so the proper staff gets commission.

Please create a built-in Employee KPI Dashboard in Boulevard that lets salon owners and staff track real-time performance vs. goals — directly in the app.
Key features should include:
• Goal setting by employee level (Intro, Level 1–4)
• Real-time tracking of service $, retail $, rebook %, add-ons, etc.
• Commission tier tracking (e.g., current tier + progress to next)
• Staff login view to see personal KPIs and goal progress
• Admin view for full team performance with filters by week/month

Reminder
Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

I would appreciate the ability to send campaign-style messages to any client(s) I choose, whether that’s a single client, a manually selected group, or a custom list, without restrictions tied only to predefined segments.

Reinstate the Cancellation Policy Notice on Booking Email (that includes date/time they cancel by)
The booking email used to include:
"Free cancellation or modification before [date] [time]. After that, changes will result in a charge of [fee] of your appointment total."
This is not only available in the the text messages now. Please turn this feature back on.

When someone goes to buy a package .. i want there to be a 'buy as a gift' section where they can send it to someones email with a gift card and its a package with services... not just a $ amount gift card
