  3. Hi! My team and I are all having the same pain point within the boulevard system, especially when accessing the sales tab in boulevard. Whenever you pull up an order, there is no option to scroll from previous order or to the next. Instead we’re having to manually hit the back button, which never brings us back to the same spot we were before and have to begin the process all over again for each order we need to look into. It would be extremely helpful if boulevard could create a button that when you go to the sales tab…

  6. It would be nice to:

    1.) Text through the Blvd App -- not have to go through the safari or google website to navigate on your phone to message patients back. Only having computer/browser access to text messaging sets so many limitations.
    2.) Be able to schedule messages! For example, I could send a message to "Jane Doe" scheduled for (DATE) and (TIME) in the event that we saw a message late a night and did not want to forget to respond to their messages.
    3.) Allowing all unread messages to stay at the top of the screen

  9. Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
    Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.

    It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.

  10. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.

  15. It would be ideal for each membership type to have the ability to auto apply their discounts when checking the client out. Example: VIP Membership clients receive 10% off injectables and 20% off skin care - having these %’s be auto applied at the time of check out would create many accidental issues with front desk staff forgetting to apply the client’s discounts and having to refund and create a new visit to check the client out again.

    I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.

    As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

  20. I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.
