Ability to set up a gift card promotion that would allow the client to receive a reward if they purchase a certain amount. For example, if a client purchases a $100 gift card they will receive an additional $20 gift card.

Charts & Forms Conditional Elements
Some elements in form/charts need follow up questions, they only need to show if the first part is used. It's bulky to have them all show even if it's not relevant.
Examples:
Question 1: checkbox A is selected -> show follow-up Question B

I would like for there to be the ability to move the order of the add on menu
If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.

Purchase Orders should Download with Suppliers Name
Would be great if the purchase orders retained the suppliers name on the download versus our salon name. (Like what you see in Blvd) We use them to email the order in and having our own name when we download to send doesn't make it easy to decipher what supplier gets which p.o. unless we rename every purchase order.

We keep having an issue where we keep turning off the button that sends prices with confirmation emails, and It keeps coming back on
Developers maybe check coding see if there's an error. We have literally changed it several times already.

Add Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations
Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

Simplify commission-free employee services
This feature would allow businesses to automatically remove commissions when employees receive services at their own workplace. Currently, there isn't a direct way to do this in the system. The feature would enable businesses to:

Change the "resend confirmation" to be unchecked by default for appointment changes
Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

Capability to email or text forms to clients
It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment.
