Charting offering an additional box when choosing “other” or specific options for more detail.
“Other” drop down option in charts that populate a fill in the blank section or a similar concept of selecting a certain button on charting that populates another box for more information. This would help keep our basic charting clean and when needed, adding additional boxes and info.

Staff Members Should Have the Option to Unlink Social Profiles
Staff members with client profiles should be allowed to opt out of their social media profiles from being scraped and added to their profile. I am a manager and by necessity I need a client profile (for training, testing, and for my own personal services), but I do not think it's necessary or helpful for everyone in my business to see those profiles (especially because it finds many obsolete accounts I don't recall/ don't actively use, etc). I would love if staff members, including myself, could turn that off from within the admin dashboard.

View forms/charts privilege granularity to indicate which ones an employee can or cannot view
Not all services are HIPAA-covered, so there are specific forms and charts that will contain PHI, and others that will not. It would be beneficial to be able to indicate that an employee can view completed forms/charts for all except those pertaining to HIPAA-covered services since they're not offered at all locations, but would still need to be able to view those for other non-covered services.

offer code location setting - ability select/deselect all
currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

The upcoming appointment filter needs to be able to go along with Provider for the upcoming appointment not provider they have seen in the past.

Add Client's Phone Number to Calendar View
We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.

PDF Product Commission Report continuous report
When I export the Product Commission Report (by pdf, .csv, or .xls) it puts every stylists on their own separate page or tab! Maybe some people like it that way, but I don't. Please add a report option to either run it by page, or run it continuous. As it is now, I have to manually highlight the info on my screen and then re-size my window and then right-click to print! Annoying.
