  1. We offer services that require the artist time to set up BEFORE hands on time with their guest. Having a "Setup Time" or "Pre-service Transition Time" option would be especially helpful and necessary.
    There is the option for "Transition Time" which adds time after the service is completed but does not allow set up time. Both are a great and necessary option!

  3. There should be a way to set custom no-show fee for shorter and longer appointments. We have somewhere from 15minutes to 3 and half hours, so charging a flat no show fee would not be fair neither to our practice nor the patients. We are a med spa and we don't list our pricing on the online booking site for everything, so we cannot use the % of the service price. Thank you for your consideration.

  7. Pls make it so you can auto-apply discounts to the REMAINING appointments, not all of them. No one ever wants to discount already-booked bookings. The goal is always to make more money, not less.
    In general, pls fix the offers and make them more usable- not stackable. We cannot even use the auto apply at all because it can be stacked.

  9. Autosave email/text marketing campaigns while you are working on them, or provide a save button to save any changes while in editing mode. In the case the screen refreshes or logs you out - you won't have to start all over again.

  10. Botox only on Wednesdays or First Friday or ...
    Special Event Services only able to be booked for specific date of said event.
    Without having to set up seperate resources and schedule them accordingly. When you have a ton of resources already for all of your rooms and specific equipment, having to create resources just for a specific and occasionally used services it's clunky and cubersome

  13. I have an 8 hour schedule. I want to have custom slots available. For example, 12-2, 3-5, and 7-8pm. Unfortunately, the only work around is by using resources and having one set of time be from open to close 12-8, and the other to be from 12-4 without adding any additional customization.

  14. When pulling up client formulas via app or desktop - having the newest added formula first would be more efficient. Also, adding the actual date added to them rather than just the (I.e. 1 month ago, 3 month ago). Helps keep things organized

  15. We have a client who has been banned from all stores but keeps making new client profiles with different names (usually the same phone or email). Would like an option to set up email notifications or alerts if suspected spam / fraud accounts matching certain criteria are created and try to book. IE you could set an alert for the client name, email, phone, etc, if it's added into a new account & booking.

  16. "Add More" in the booking overlay window is unclear. Clients don't understand they can book more than one appointment at the same time. It should say something like "Add Sessions to This Appt."

  17. Add a filter for Name of Form/Chart when reviewing and approving.
    This will allow for a Medical Director or Admin to narrow their search down to just the necessary form/charts that they need to pay attention to. OR have a setting for "Approval by Medical Director" "Approval by Admin" "Approval by Front Desk" so when the appropriate person is approving forms and charts they only see the ones that pertain to them.
    In addition to the name filter, allowing us to select a date range vs clicking through days will also reduce unneccessary work on those who are in highest…

  20. Currently, only an Admin can see all locations without actually being assigned to any of them. Therefore, they don't need to be listed in Manage > Staff.
    Non-admins currently do need to be assigned. Businesses with a remote CX team then have to assign them to all locations, but can be confusing for franchise owners who have a new location and over two dozen staff assigned to it when they don't actually work AT that location.
    It would be great to activate a user to have permissions to see all locations while NOT being an admin.
